(YAY) I get a call today that they need to rescheduled me again. (Boo) Waiting 3 months to get rescheduled and then canceled on multiple times is frustrating. I now will have to find another dentist and wait more months.

I started off absolutely loving Linworth Family Dental. I truly enjoyed my visits and cleanings in the beginning. The staff seemed close knit and their website appeared to bolster that sense of closeness. But after a couple of years, I noticed my favorite hygienists suddenly no longer working there. It started off with one or two staff, but then it felt like at the next appointment, I didn't recognize any of the hygienists. I understand that people move, change jobs, etc, but I was a little concerned. Another reason for my low rating is that with each passing appointment, more and more advertisements for beauty procedures (like Botox) were put on the walls. I've seen plenty of offices with pamphlets, which I understand, but it got to the point where they had a huge retractable banner in the lobby and pictures of clients (which happened to be staff) taped to the walls of every single exam room. It felt more like a cosmetic spa than a dentist office. An additional reason is that the cleaning during my last visit was very sloppy and rushed. The hygienist was a young girl who kept telling me about how stressed she was for losing the key fob to her dad's Mercedes Benz. She kept stopping to tell me the story instead of focusing on the cleaning. When it came time to put fluoride on my teeth, she globbed so much on that even my fiancé told me he'd never seen so much caked on someone's teeth (and lips) before. And the worst part? I was due to have my gums measured, which she told me at the beginning of my appointment, but she forgot to do it. I was so frustrated by the end that I didn't even bother to press. I just wanted to go. It was also at this appointment that I found out the dentist I had been seeing had left the practice. My last reason for why I won't be returning is because of the receptionists. My fiancé accompanied me to my last appointment and waited in the lobby while I had my cleaning. As we exited the building, he said he could hear the receptionists behind the front desk speaking poorly about a patient. He said it was uncomfortable sitting in the lobby hearing it all. I find that disheartening and unacceptable. TL;DR: Linworth Family Dental used to be a wonderful dentist office but the quality has gone downhill and the care is nowhere near what it used to be. I cannot in good faith recommend this practice anymore.

Dr Skasko was able to replace the old bonding, and balance the rest of my smile, which I didn't even know you could do with bonding. The hygentists and assistants strike me as incredibly competent. Dr. Skasko runs on time and he was able to fit me in on an emergency basis to get a crown replaced before I left for vacation. I felt completely at ease in his chair and the process was without any pain at all. My husband goes to Dr. Skasko and also commented on what a painless experience it is. Also, Dr. Skasko made a cosmetic improvement to my husband's teeth so the little gap between his two front teeth was finally closed in time for our wedding :) Can't endorse this dental practice highly enough. The office is absolutely gorgeous. They really take the time and effort to make the experience as pleasant as possible. My first visit was because I needed a crown replacement, so just jumped right in to the full dental experience on this one! The patient beds/chairs are comfortable and I was given some headphones with relaxing music while they worked. The whole process didn't take too long and it was as painless as it could be! I've been back several times, both for cleanings and additional work. They got me in quickly for an urgent pain situation a while back and remedied the situation right then and there, thanks GOSH*! All the staff and docs are very friendly, professional and welcoming. Mike is awesome and quick with the cleanings! Dr Simon is a great addition and very good with checking in during work to make sure the patient is comfortable and doing ok. Will be going strictly to this dentist from now on!!! They office is very modern with décor and technology and they really make you know they appreciate you. You can tell Dr. Temi is intentional with staff who can provide excellent customer service. Very, very personable with conversation, care and follow up. Dr. Temi was just about to have her second child but she was moving and working unphased to make sure I received the care I needed. They greet you by name, ask you your preference for a blanket or pillow for your visit. And check this...your choice of Netflix, HULU, etc for the TV in you office for the visit that is CONVIENTLY located on the ceiling. WHAT?! Where am I? My most recent follow up for a crown she remembered my son's first birthday was coming up and even texted to follow up and inquired about the party.
