Susan is very friendly, graceful, and knowledgeable about skincare and, did an amazing job on my skin. I booked an appointment for a facelift facial and, enjoyed the entire process very much. Susan put just the right amount of pressure on my face, neck, and shoulders while massaging them, and this was the least pain I felt while she was doing my extractions. The whole experience was extremely relaxing and left my skin glowing and feeling very hydrated. I'm not sure I really saw a facelift effect on my face, unfortunately so, I wouldn't do that facial again but, I did like everything else she did on my face. I'll probably need to try a different facial next time. I also loved that Susan really took the time to get to know me, and also checked up on me the next day.
