There were 15/16 players signed up for this event a week ago+ ago when I signed up and today they start play 5 hours early no warning or email with only 6 players for a riftbound skirmish?? Mind you I wouldn't gaf if it was a weekly but this is a Skirmish which I planed weeks ahead for.... And again skirmish are suppose to be bigger events then weeklies. The staff up front talked to me a bit and when I'd mentioned my husband collects board games and retro games, they pointed me toward another shop in the little mall behind the DQ. The selection of LEGO sets isn't huge, but that's not what makes this place special. The real highlight is the incredible minifigure selection. They have plenty of pre-made characters (like Batman), or you can create your own custom minifigure. My son and I each made one that (sort of!) looked like us, and it was easily the most fun part of our visit. They also host birthday parties and offer "Kids Night Out" events, where you can drop your kids off for an evening while you enjoy a date night. I was willing to pay for air shipment and told them that, but they ignored my message for around two months. They only replied after I escalated the issue through my bank. Instead of properly resolving the issue, they kept referring to their no-refund policy, even though they never delivered the product to me and did not clearly state that it was a preorder before I made the purchase.
