We ordered takeout burgers. I had the build your own with avocado and bacon. My husband had the blue cheese, mushroom burger without the mushrooms. He really enjoyed his burger. I didn't realize the build your own didn't come with spread of any kind so I had to add my own mayonnaise and ketchup at home. The avocado was fresh and the bacon was cooked perfectly, but I thought that the actual burger was a little dry. I really wanted a juicy burger. We also had a side of onion rings and garlic fries. The garlic fries didn't have any flavor. The onion rings were nice and crispy. The burgers were meaty and the portions were good. I definitely would come back to try something else. read more

Arrived at 6:27pm Sunday Only one bartender, one cook, no waitress, dining room closed. At any one time there was no less than 17 people sitting at the bar not including my party of 2 and another party of 2 not at the bar. The bartender Gretchen is a rock star managing that many people with no help. It is not fair to the bartender or the customers to spread her so thin that she cannot spend adequate time with the patrons nurturing the relationship to improve her tips and continued patronage. Being able to do that benefits both the bar and the workers. The food was fantastic and luckily the cook brought the food out so the bartender didn't have to. We had nachos and a chicken avocado sandwich. 7:20 pm need refills. Done eating need togo boxes. Finally got both at 18 min later because of the continued demands from the people sitting at the bar she could not get away to get to us. I want to give Gretchen 5 stars, she seems to care a great deal about her customers and the little details when interacting with them but SHE NEEDS HELP. There is no excuse on a SUNDAY night for being short staffed. It is only going to get worse with NFL games, MLB games and NHL games that can all happen at the same time. You are lucky to have a worker of this caliber working for you. I'm sure you are in violation of labor laws considering there is no way with only 2 people either of them can get their breaks and lunches. read more

We stopped here for lunch one day after my husband had been here for a work event. First of all his work event he enjoyed. They had plenty of appetizers that were served fresh and hot to a large crowd. As for lunch it was pretty good. I had a BLT which was good except the bacon was overcooked. My husband had the chicken Parmesan sliders with tator tots. It was very flavorful but slightly dry on the sliders. The service was excellent! She was very attentive. This place has amazing drink and food specials. Scooter's has a friendly vibe, that welcome's all. There is also fun game day raffles and giveaways. On this past visit, I ordered game day mini nachos and the burger special. Both were delicious. Plenty of parking and Scooter's is open 24/7. Our Son and DIL are big Seahawk fans and this is a Hawks bar. We went for the game and it was loaded with boisterous Seahawk clad fans. The game was prefaced with a flag raising ceremony in front of the bar and followed by a loud and raucous kickoff. Although the Hawks lost, the game was a lot of fun. The food, however, left much to be desired. The wings were boneless and very small...not wings at all but food service chicken bites. Not good. Anybody that knows me knows that I try to find non obvious, out of the way, random and even forgotten about places to try out. I passed by this place on one occasion and just recently I made a point to stop and visit there with the utmost alacrity. Walking in, there's no mistake that this place is a sports bar as they have hockey, football and other banners all over the walls. The Establishment was divided into three little sections, when you first walk in there is a quiet sit-down restaurant portion. The middle area is the sports bar, and the last section is a little area with video games pool tables and other recreation. The restaurant and the bar area have their own set of restrooms. What do you do in a sports bar? You order food and drinks! I would label the service we received just above mediocre and nothing impressive. I ordered a burger and was expecting something great, to my dismay I found the burger and the garlic fries severely lacking in not only flavor but Pizzazz of any type. There was nothing that separates this flavorless burger from something frozen someone would have whipped up in their microwave .... and mind you the things I personally cook at home are spectacular. To be fair, the person I was with ordered a Reuben sandwich and enjoyed it. So all was not lost, except for what money I put in the machine. One thing that really stood out is that they had no problem comping my drinks for the money I gambled ... you'd be surprised at how other places have become stingy at comping drinks. So aside from my food, it was a comfortable cool atmosphere to hang out in. And I imagine it would be a great place to watch hockey. read more

Okay, I'm super impressed! Their French Dip was so freakin good....the Au Jus was hot, flavorful, and they weren't stingy with it which they get more points for since I DRENCH my sandwich in it! The meat was thinly sliced and they put just enough in it, not too much and not greedy, the Swiss Cheese was nicely melted on it, and I added grilled onion on mine and they were cooked perfectly! The curly fries were hot and crispy, and they paired well with their homemade ranch which was also the bomb! I work nearby and plan on heading back! Absolutely one of the best burgers in the whole city. Come Monday through Friday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. for the amazing lunch specials. I stumbled into this Seahawks oasis slightly hungover on a Monday morning. I left there feeling as good as I had the previous evening. Our AC took a nose dive so we had to spend a few nights in the nearby holiday inn. Went to scooters one night and ended up going the next two nights as well. The food is phenomenal. And not just for "bar food", for any food. Good beer and drink options. Staff is top notch. Every one of them was just fun and nice to be around. Only downside is what plagues most Vegas bars for me; it's smoky inside. Not the worst, but still there.
