Jesus Christ What is up with that Lee bartender at Kopper keg, she is the worst bartender I've ever seen,!!! Ordered a beer, 5 mins later, asked for another beer. Could not even remember what I was drinking. I reminded her, when she replied had not been to bed in 3 day, Not my concern. She was on her phone her whole shift hovering over by this mother f*cker that's playing video games and just ignored rest of paying customers. I asked several times, finally I went to ATM, to get her money for the beer, it was a 20.00. She then asked me what i had i was like really, I asked for change Could not think right. She got me change then DEMANDED A TIP I LAUGHED AT HER Then i just told her you know what I've been in the service industry for 30 years and customer you and your service are shit. Stopped in yesterday because I've had good experiences at other Kopper Keg properties. Overall i received great service and got an ice cold beer just as I'd expect from KK. Only played a few buck on keno and didn't win but the bartender, Lee, was a sweetheart. The thing that upset me a bit was another customer came in while I was there. He made extremely vulgar comments towards the bartender and was a flat out, pardon my French, asshole. The bartender stood her ground and ordered him to leave, which he did. But I could tell she was a little shooken up. Obviously one crazy belligerent customer isn't going to affect how I feel about a bar. Which is great because I'll definitely be back to see Lee for her service, her wit, and that beautiful smile. read more

Came here for lunch again. The food was awesome and the service was even better. We sat in the non- smoking room and were not ignored, but treated like royalty. Kayla was our server and was the best ever. Could not have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend coming here! read more

May I say I really love the kopper keg west bar. From the first time going in, I felt like I belonged. Being new to Las Vegas I was looking for a local bar I could call home. I found it! Most of the Bartenders are wonderful and can handle non favorable incidents with professionalism and courtesy. They show compassion and actually care about their relationships with their customers. Pretty much amazing staff and great food. I made new friendships. I feel love when I go into this establishment. Great music, great atmosphere, and wonderful food without the inflated prices. Not only was our server annoyed about us asking what beers they had but also never checked on us and threw money at me when I cashed out. Did not get her name but this was the brunette bartender on Sunday afternoon. The bartender that came in after felt more welcoming but we were leaving already by that point. I say almost because I do have a preference when it comes to the cooks, one is unbelievable and everything is good and he remembers the little details (since I usually get the same thing every time) but the other cook doesn't seem to try as hard and things usually don't taste as good. I love a good cheeseburger, and The Kopper Keg has a juicy one! For $6.99 its a great value and super delicious. The waitress 'Sassy' is really efficient and extremely attentive and friendly. Although, I dont care for football, we watched the game between CIN and PIT, was on all the tv's so couldn't help but watch this crazy game. and enjoy our dinner. If you are looking for a no frills bar, this is the place to go. A dark dive bar with a pool table. Kopper Keg's happy hour is from 3 pm-7 pm which you can get a Miller lite for only $3.00! Their happy hour does not include any food items which is a bummer. However, if you want something to nibble on with the beer, I recommend the Chips and Homemade salsa for only $4.99. Tried the basic cheeseburger tonight with a side of Onion Rings. Two things about the rings - waitress admitted that all side dishes were frozen and also there was a secret $1 upcharge for those frozen rings. That said, the waitress did give back that buck later after i mentioned it so that was nice. Burger was claiming to be fresh ground and tasted good, but BJ's has a better version in the local pub battle. This bar is the Sunday home to Las Vegas fans of the Cleveland Browns. That's appropriate because like the team and the city it represents, the Kopper Keg is absolutely dismal. (I say this as a native of Cleveland who escaped many years ago The stench of stale smoke permeates everything, including the "non-smoking" dining area. The service is virtually non-existent, which almost doesn't matter becasue what they serve you may wish never made it to your table. Sorry, but I can't think of a single redeeming thing about this run-dwon, filthy "restaurant & lounge". Maybe they should add a river that catches on fire once in a while, just to complete the genuine Cleveland ambiance. read more

We found this bar and grill across from our hotel on St. Rose Parkway. For a little neighborhood place the food is amazing. Homemade soups, wonderful steaks, chicken marsalla good enough to slap your mama for---forgive me mama, but you would agree. Service is usually really great, open to large parties and friendly.
