During our short wait for menus and our server, we scoped out the beer menu and enjoyed the music selection. It was a bit loud, but the music was good so the volume was not an issue. I was stoked to see a solid lunch special selection. We immediately ordered the deviled eggs appetizer, a Blonde Ale for my husband, and a Lambic style apricot beer for me. For food, we decided on the buttermilk chicken sandwich with fries, the chicken bahn mi with the house made chips, and a slice of mango pomelo cheesecake for the road. Food and service were phenomenal. They're all so inviting and kind and always make sure I have everything I need. I tend to overtip of leave a 22-30% tip cause they deserve it for their amazing work. Beer wise I have the Evolve wheat beer , it was good , my husband had the Pizza Port /Evolve -Colab beer which is an IPA , and who doesn't love Pizza Ports beer . I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right?
