Today, we decided to check this place out, we had noticed the restaurant when obviously Hooters had closed; although when I paid the bill, it came up as Hooters on my credit card. Anyway, the restaurant is clean, lots of TV's to look at, it was quiet, but then again we came in about 4:30, so didn't expect it to be crowded. We did make it for Happy Hour which is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, they give you an option of fries or nachos as their Happy Hour special and they're called Happy Size, so we picked the Elote Fries and the Buffalo Loaded Fries, we did also chose some Nacho's, which we chose the Tijuana Nachos, we also ordered the Turkey, Bacon and Swiss Melt and 2 regular non-alcoholic beverages. We did look over their drink section and they have beer of course, some hard seltzers like White Claw and Topo Chico and about 6 listed specialty drinks and then a big choice of straight liquor as well. Our fries came out first, along with the nachos and they were all pretty good. Next time we come I would make sure to ask for maybe the lime on the side for the Elote Fries, they were a little too limey for us and if this dish is supposed to be based off street corn, please tell me why they use parmesan cheese as opposed to cotija cheese and it's not like they have it, because they used cotija on out Tijuana nachos, I think they need to re-evaluate that choice and change it to cotija and then my score would go up (7.5/10), the Loaded Buffalo fries were very good, you have the option of fried chicken or grilled chicken, we chose fried (8/10) and then the Tijuana nachos, these were very tasty, the chips I believe were dusted with a possible taco seasoning and the jalapeños were fresh, crispy and super spicy (8.5/10). Our sandwich came out after which was the Turkey, Bacon and Swiss Melt we chose onion rings as our side, the sandwich was pretty stacked and not lacking in ingredients, the onion rings were nice and hot and tasted very good, not greasy (8.5/10). All in all I'd go back again and try more options on the menu, I did notice that the online menu doesn't seem to offer as much as the in the restaurant menu they aren't uniformed, or they need to fix their website. A few of the appetizers like the jalapeño rounds, stuffed sriracha jalapeños, cauliflower buffalo bites and smoked Gouda Mac and cheese bites were not on their online menu and their sandwich options were not listed on their website either. I do wish they had a few entree options since it's all burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and some tacos and quesadillas, I would have liked to see maybe some pasta options, although on the kids menu (Zoey Lil Homies Specials) they had pasta and butter as an option and then maybe a chicken dish, beef/steak, pizza, and a couple more options and for the sides more options too, they only have fries, tots, sweet potato fries and onion rings, no normal sides like Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, rice or something else and no soups, but salad choices. A place to at least try once and mark off your list, but as I said we'll be back and try them again. The staff was very friendly and pretty attentive to our needs, I think our server was new, so she got a pass at not being speedy.

    Love their mozzarella sticks

Food: The food here is actually quite good! I always get the mozzarella sticks which I appreciate how much marinara they give for them & the crunchwrap burger which is like a Big Mac & crunchwrap had a baby. So good. I tried the jalapeño rings this last time and I won't be getting it again. Not for me. Service: Hayley has been our bartender / server and she's really nice. Makes sure we have everything and checks in on us regularly.

Okay, so I was a huge fan of Hooters Spicy Garlic Wings, so when I saw Hooters was gone, I was pretty upset. I thought I would never get my favorite wings again, but was told that Left Coast is just a rebranding, with the original crew from Hooters, just different name. I couldn't find a menu online, so I went in and found they have my Spicy Garlic and a few new flavors, with a few of the other classics like General Tsao and Daytona Beach being gone. I decided to try Spice Garlic, which is the exact same flavor! I also tried the Fremont flavor, which is now my new favorite! Also, the wings are HUGE, like HUGE HUGE! The menu is a lot bigger, so I have some new stuff to try, but I'm happy my favorite wings spot is still here, just a different name. One thing I would like to see, since it's West Coast themed, is some Chili Cheese Fries, Tacos and a classic California style Pastrami sandwich with mustard and pickles only, not New York style like every other place who sells pastrami

Let me start on positive note. The service was good. It was quick and efficient. The blue cheese burger was not bad. Had a jelly sauce that complemented the harsh cheeses well. Instead of fries asked for tots. $2 additional charge for substitution. The tots were decent and crispy. Just like the one you buy at the freezer section of the supermarket. We also ordered the "Tijuana Nachos". The reason we ordered the Tijuana Nachos was because the menu stated it had "melted cheese" instead of the "gooey cheese" listed for the other nachos. However when we received them they had gooey yellow cheese directly from a can. It was not melted cheese as advertised. We asked but we're told the yellow cheese was melted cheese. So, not sure what the "gooey" cheese listed for the other nachos is since melted = gooey. Also, what was worse than the gooey can cheese was that the cheese was cold. I think warming up can cheese is a required skill for any restaurant. Ambiance was so-so. There was a light above the fan which made it into a strobe light effect which we were told they are fixing. Overall the nachos receive 1 star. The burger gets 4. Service 3. Ambiance 2-3. So a fair review is 2.5. Using my math skills I rounded up.

This is my go to spot on my weird work schedule. Lefty and the day girls, Haily and Courtney are great! Very friendly and welcoming and makes you feel at home. The new food menu has a great variety and the machines are very player friendly.

Left Coast Burger - B1G1 deal. Couldn't finish it all.

First time ordering from here via Postmates. I ordered B1G1 Left Coast Burger with Fries...Worth it! Cheeseburger hit the spot , juicy burger with soft bun. Fries could've been a little more crispy and less salty but overall will definitely order again!

Came here after a bust to find parking at Bj's. Boy am I glad we did. This is the old hooters location. The food is different from hooters and well worth the visit. My husband had the mushroom burger and I had Tijuana nachos. The nachos are big enough to share. We also had the gouda Mac and cheese bites and the portion and taste did not disappoint. Ariana was very attentive and sweet. We will be back.

    Thanks for having us @leftcoast

Donald took really good care of our entire group of 18 guests! We actually came over form BJ next door because they said our group was too big. (Read my post on their yelp account) long story short! The staff - owner and restaurant were friendly clean and all down to have a good time! Great atmosphere food and incredible service

First off, RIP Spring Valley Hooters! This was my go to place for Wings, specifically the Spicy Garlic Wings!!! They were my all time favorite. I was told the menu is bigger, but do you still have Spicy Garlic and buy 10, get 10 on Tuesdays?

As of 01/05/23, they said they no longer have the Spicy Garlic sauce.

The non-smoking section of Chicago Brewing Company is pretty small with just a handful of tables. I don't smoke, but I don't mind cigarette smoke in Vegas, but cigar smoke when people are eating is a dyck move if you ask me. Take it outside. Magnolia's Veranda is cavernous. I've never had to wait for a table no matter the time of day, and the service is always great. I will say in my experience the service at Chicago Brewing Company was great, too, based on my one visit, but I wonder how it might be during busy times. It appeared to me the front of the house was handled by the bartender and the hostess. I could foresee them getting in the weeds when it's busy. For this lunch outing at Chicago Brewing Company, I chose the Cobb salad hold the eggs. It was generous portioned and excellent. The service was excellent, too. It was on the ball from start to finish. Cheers! Be sure to check out my Las Vegas pics and pans collection.

I got the pepperoni pizza. They do not skimp out on the pepperoni at all. The pizza is sliced up into squares. We got the thin crust and the pepperoni is stacked like 6-7 on the pizza. My husband found it to be too salty, but that's probably from the pizza. I was extremely hungry after not having dinner and it was already 11:30pm. The entrance might be easy to miss. You have to go up some stairs to get to the restaurant. One minus point was that the ceiling was dripping water down. Doesn't make the dining experience fell all that great, though we couldn't sit elsewhere as we needed a bigger table.

Try the Mexican corn appetizer with it's crumbly cotija cheese, chili, lime, and mayo on top of charred corn kernels. It's in 'esquites' form, which means it's not left on the cob like 'elote' is. Their specialty, nachos, are also well seasoned and the chips are freshly made on site. What drew me in to this restaurant was a past appearance on the Maury Povich Show, where I took a paternity test for someone who claimed she was my daughter. The end result? I was cleared, so Maury pointed at me while telling her that he's "Not yo' daddy." And so I visit Nacho Daddy on occasion, strictly for celebratory reasons. Birria nachos are excellent, made with a high quality shredded beef with pickled onion, cilantro, sour cream, cheese, and lime on top of a stack of chips. Having birria without consommé was new, but this one didn't really need it with all the flavors jumping out. Another recommendation is the cheeseburger nacho, an Americanized version with ground beef, bacon, cheddar, jack, queso, onions, tomato, and lettuce. The 'mini nachos' are perfectly sized for a light meal but if you're hungry, get the full size order which is huge and shareable. This location has been in business for 17 years now and there's plenty of seating in a nice, clean atmosphere.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

He is polite, respectful, and actually understands what customer service means. Without him, this would be a zero-star review. I stayed away from this place for a while because of past experiences, but I thought I'd give it another try. Big mistake. The front counter employee (short, rude, and completely disrespectful) the name of my receipt was "BRETT B." had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. The way he speaks to customers is unacceptable. While we were there, we literally watched him look around to see if anyone was paying attention and then pour beer into a cup and drink it while working. We even recorded it -- unfortunately you can't post videos here. It was obvious something was off. His behavior, the lack of awareness, the attitude -- it left customers standing there whispering in shock that he was even on shift. It didn't stop there. While waiting at the pickup window, we watched a tall, bald employee standing on top of the deep fryers -- which were actively in use -- scraping the exhaust vents with a large knife. Those fryers contain extremely hot oil. Watching someone balance over active cooking equipment like that was alarming. If that's not a safety concern, I don't know what is. It certainly didn't look safe or professional. I'm sure OSHA will like to see the video that we have as well as the Southern Nevada Health District because I'm sure that these are both places that will see violation. The answer I got was the following. " well I don't know what to tell you. We only make what you give us when you order. You should check it before you walked away." It's unfortunate because this location has potential. It's in a casino, right by the sportsbook, and it's convenient -- which is likely the only reason people keep going. But convenience does not excuse poor service, questionable professionalism, and obvious safety concerns. I stand where I can see my food being prepared because I genuinely don't trust what's going on behind that counter. That says everything. This place needs serious evaluation of who they have working there and how it's being managed. Until that happens, I do not recommend eating here. Not unless you're prepared for incorrect orders, dry food, and customer service that makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. You'd honestly receive better service at McDonald's. I won't be going back. Eat here with caution.

I was not expecting a restaurant in a casino to be this good. My friend and I stopped at 8 East…read morebefore seeing the Backstreet Boys and were seriously impressed. We ordered the brisket fried rice, which I can see why is their most popular dish, plus the cucumber salad (how is a cucumber salad THIS good?), bok choy, sizzling shrimp, steamed short rib dumplings, and pork belly bao. Everything was excellent. My friend also got cocktails, which she loved. Our waiter was super cool and attentive without being overbearing. We were honestly blown away by the whole meal. Definitely one of the best surprises of our Vegas trip.

Very good restaurant if you're craving Asian food. I came over here massively hungover and this was…read moreexactly what I needed. Great decor, ambience and staff. Very attentive and friendly. We got the brisky dumplings, pan seared. I Was expecting the small din tai fung sized ones with little filling, but these were FAT dumplings, with good amounts of brisket inside. WE got the brisket fried rice - also very good, and the garlic noodles. I really liked the char that the noodles and rice had. Only thing for me is that the fried rice and noodles seemed to have a little too big much oil in it. I don't think that's an indictment on 8 east itself, but more of a general Chinese/Taiwanese cooking method. But other than that, I would certainly come back again.
