I have heartburn very easily & often by coffee drinks and this coffee is amazing. You are able to order from the app and 'scoot' right through the line with easy and convenient access to the drive through. Great service And great customer service from the team and if your drink isn't right they make ya another asap right then and there. The atmosphere is nice and friendly and very clean and rain or shine or hot or cold they are always there to hand you your special drink you ordered. Ever since Port City Java at the Arboretum closed, this has become my primary Coffee stop in the morning. Primarily due to location, not quality. Most of the time the service is quick and professional. But they have one employee who has an attitude issue and every time she takes my order, I get the wrong thing. I just got a cappuccino and a mocha. I asked for foam on top of the mocha. She said that the mochas don't come with foam or whipped cream. I know this, I make my own cappuccinos and mochas at home. I was asking for vanilla foam on top of the mocha. Maybe I didn't word it correctly, but the attitude from this young woman can be felt from 50 feet away from her. Everyone else who works there is super friendly. I just wish they would move the angry employee's shift towards later in the day because it's not very fun getting unnecessary attitude from someone, most likely based on my physical appearance, first thing in the morning. The coffee is OK, the selection is limited, and most of the drinks are way too sugary for my tastes. But the basics are decent. I highly recommend ordering your drink at 50% sweetness unless you really love sugar more than coffee. I would rate the quality of their coffee at about 2 1/2 to 3 stars, and I would give their menu 1.5 stars. Typically, service is about 3 1/2 to 4 stars, but today it was just one star. I don't usually leave negative reviews on yelp, but actions have consequences. If you don't like customers, please don't work in customer service. And if you don't like the way people look, maybe work in a different area. Or maybe recognize your prejudice and work on that. read more

Went through the drive through and got the maple waffle sandwich, and a cappuccino. I liked the maple waffle sandwich, it was filling and the Semi thick waffles had a nice sweet maple flavor. The egg was cooked neatly with the egg yolk in the middle. Came with American cheese. Cappuccino was OK. Service was quick and friendly. read more

The food tasted great different than other places kind of. I'd give it a 8/10. Service kind of sucked, stopped in to try a new coffee place trying to get away from our usuals. Didn't seem like they were busy but was still rushed. Asked about making my coffee to my liking if there was anything they could replace all was said was "no". Coffee tasted like sh*t. I worked in a cafe for over a year and know when it's made wrong. Seems like milk was poured, then shots and then syrup and throw in ice and a quick stir. It was luke warm, didn't taste any sweetner just bitterness. I think some happier attitudes could change the quality, but i get it i guess. Maple sandwich was flipped all around burnt myself flipping the egg and waffle. Still good tho read more

This is a new drive-thru coffee shop near Market and Gordon Rd. I came in on a Thursday morning and there was one car in front of me but there are two order lanes. The staff member was so friendly and gave me the low-down of Scooters since it was my first time. She was so nice and had some recommendations. I went with their signature drink the Caramelicious but with half the caramel since I don't like it too sweet. It was really good and served hot in the happiest cup to start your day! A big yellow happy face! I also got the bacon burrito which she didn't recommend and I probably would try something else next time. It was just ok. This was such a convenient and tasty morning spot that I'm sure I'll be back! Give it a try! read more

Market street store in porters neck was our first time trying this coffee. The coffee was ok. Very very sweet. I tried the fall iced maple bourbon latte: I felt like they put a wild amount of syrup in it. My son has a refresher. I ate the sausage breakfast burrito and my son had the bacon version. We both tried the Oreo bites. He lived the food but I was disappointed there was no other meatless sandwich version. I was also very disappointed with the drive thru attendant. I felt so rushed. There were no cars in the drive thru at the time but she wouldn't even wait for me to add a card to the app to get the points. She offered no help and didn't provide the receipt to claim points as alternative. She was curt as if I was there to bother her but yet there was nothing she was doing other than ringing up my coffee. The small drive thru was convenient and off a busy road. Very little parking and it's not the place you go to work and drink coffee. This is a quick in and out. We will try the south college location to try again. read more

This is the BEST COFFEE in wilmington!! -staff is supper nice and the QUALITY of coffee in addition to how fast they are is unmatched! They also have AMAZING ENERGY DRINKS which I'm OBSESSED with. Their drinks are so good. I love the peach cream smoothies. Their cinnamon rolls are out of this world!! Very fast and super friendly staff. My husband likes the blended caramelicious drink. They also give free pup cups to your doggie. They open early so it's perfect to get something before a morning shift. The prices aren't bad especially since the sizes make up for it. read more

Me and my family normally go to Starbucks, but this visit to scooters has changed our minds, it is not only cheaper, but I would say 10x better. We got the sugar cookie drink blended and it was so much better than Starbucks, I would recommend this to all my friends and family. read more

Coffee is ok. Food is microwaved garbage prepackaged in plastic. Looks like the same garbage you can buy in any grocers freezer and tastes about the same. I was kind of excited that this was opening directly across from my business and I would have a new option for a meal and coffee. I ended up very disappointed after trying it out. Tried it twice.
