That means: for $3, I got the old coffee that had been sitting in the back, tepid since the early morning rush. She steamed it on the coffee-fancy-machine-thing, added a splash of cream, and served it to me. It was lukewarm. Tasted terrible. Not impressed. For real, they should be ashamed of serving a customer what amounts to microwaved, hours-old coffee--in a "gourmet" coffeehouse!!! Atmosphere: meh. It's an old house. Not a lot of seating. What's there is okay. Not super cozy, but okay for Troy. Dumb name for a coffee shop in a rural area though. All in all, I'll stick with Scooter's. At least I actually get hot coffee -- and it's only $1! AND they don't up-charge me for using a credit card like Street Beanz!!!

The employee who served me my food, was very friendly and thanked me for coming. My hash brown was hot and just perfect. This was my first time having the egg and cheese bagel. I ordered it without breakfast sauce because I didn't know what that was. I requested cream cheese and they stated they don't carry that. How do you have a bagel with no cream cheese? Last Saturday I ordered through app and it accepted it. When I arrived the app would not allow me to check in. I could see my receipt of $25.00 that I had paid. I spoke in person to the manager and showed him what was order and paid. He said I had to call customer service. I asked him could he just make what was on the receipt, SINCE he could see it was paid for to Troy Sonic. He said NO - you will have to get a refund from Sonic. After much discussion I left, called customer service 3 times and they said it will be 10 days to get a refund. My idea of customer service is when we experience a glitch in technology and he can see I paid he would have just make the burgers. I went to Dairy Queen and was out of there in less than 5 minutes.
