Listen, I love scooters. But unfortunately, this scooters is so 50/50 every time I come. Which is super unfortunate because it's the closest one to me within 30 minutes. Half of my experiences are great half of them are the opposite. There's been a multiple times where I received flat Red Bull infusions. Several times where I get a half cooked burrito or even the wrong burrito. Again, this has happened several times this location. Then last week when I came for my typical order, of course the oven is broken. I come back today and they're literally out of every food item on them aside from one or two options. I mentioned to a girl taking orders that they should put up a sign of some sort regarding whatever they're out of. I really hope this location figures it out, because the last location that was also close to me shut down. Please please figure it out. I love my scooters. read more

If you're looking for a coffee style milkshake with very little coffee/caffeine, this is your place. If you're looking for energy - keep driving. I ordered the Large Turtle Blended with Oat Milk and whip topping but the coffee was very watery in my opinion and didn't have much flavor. I like a bit of coffee with my sugar but this was watery blended coffee that was hardly sweetened at all, strange considering it's supposed to be a sweet drink! I also grabbed the Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich but that was a mistake - there was 1 bite worth of bacon and the sandwich was primarily cheese sauce. If it had the right amount of bacon it probably would've been better but it mostly egg/cheese. To be honest Starbucks breakfast sandwich and coffee is way better so I can't say I'll be coming back here anytime soon! read more

When I went there wasn't anyone in the drive thru which was nice. The customer service is quick, attentive and friendly. I ordered the chai tea and a slice of pumpkin bread. The price for chai tea is decent as was the pumpkin bread. The flavor of the chai tea tasted off and I wasn't a fan. However their pumpkin bread was delicious, perfect for sweet tooth lovers. I'll stick to the pastries next time or try one of their frappes. read more

Cool new drive thru coffee shop. They offer smoothies and baked goods as well! They just opened and were offering $1 coffee so I decided to give them a try since they're close to home. Was really surprised when they not only gave me coupons, but Keurig cups of their coffee brand, flowers (for Valentine's Day) and also a shirt! They told me "sorry, we closed at 8!" when it was still 7:50 pm. When I opened my mouth to point out the time discrepancy, they closed the window IN MY FACE and it appeared as if they were laughing to their coworker as they walked away. I love the Scooters near my house so when I saw thIs one I wanted to try it. I got my favorite drink. A super skinny flavored latte with vanilla and almond miLk Yum. It lived up to my expectations. I love that they actually have low calorie options so I don't to figure it out on my own. I've never actually read their menu at the drive up. I found it online on their website. They know exactly what I'm talking about so it must be on the menu. It seems like most coffee places don't have low cal options on the menu so it's a guessing game. I throughly enjoy a good Scooter's run. This location is hands down the best. It's a well oiled machine. I tend to order their seasonal blended beverages and they are pretty amazing. This location also doesn't skimp on the whip cream which is appreciated. I've gone to other Scooter's locations that won't even put whip on or put a pathetic measly amount but I digress. Anyway, my kids all like their breakfast bagel sandwiches which is a nice breakfast option when we're on the go. The staff here is always very helpful, pleasant and fast! The staff here is super kind and personal. They work fast and do their job well! I am glad the west/north Fort Worth is starting to get scooters because I just moved from a town with a ton of them, and they're my favorite! I drive 12-15 minutes out of the way to Keller for them. Especially for folks that need super flavored/frilly coffee, like me. Look, starbucks is trash, you know it, I know it,the American people know it! Go to scooters! Scooters' app/rewards system is way better too. I will admit scooter's food and fruity drinks are not stellar. So hey, go to jamba juice or something for smoothies and mcdonalds for the breakfast sandwiches. Come HERE for coffee. And the cold foam toppers! And maybe a cake pop.... read more

Wow! Talk about customer service.... this guy could not be any nicer! My daughter loved her candy bar (snickers) latte. My salted caramel latte (caramelicious) was less grand. Next time I will order what she got. The chocolate chip cookie smelt divine, but didn't taste as great, unfortunately. It's a good change from Starbucks and they are a drive-thru! read more

Went to the hardware store and noticed a new coffee shop called scooters. Pulled right in and gave it a try. It is a real small place but it had a local keller vibe and Since I am all about that I was intrigued. Haley took my order and she was very polite and chatty. I ordered a large coffee and she ordered a cold green tea. Both tasted very good and I was happy with the quality. The pricing was average but I really liked the service and the quality at Scooters. Need to work on their pouring. I bought a large latte. It felt light. Once at work, I moved the foam to reveal the actual liquid was approx 2 1/4 inches below the lip of the cup. Essentially I paid for a large and got a medium. I'm hopeful this issue is rectified. If not, there are plenty of alternatives down the road. read more

Wow! More than Starbucks(4.93)!! $5.17 for a Medium skinny Caramelious!! Hopefully she gave my frequent buyer card to the person behind me like it asked. I will not be back unless they go back down. Not good enough for that price. I do however really do enjoy the coffee at Brews and Blues and is 4.17 with tax. 2 stars because they are friendly. But not paying $5.17 read more

I've been hesitant to try this place finally I tried over my normal Starbucks! The guy working was extremely friendly with great customer service skills. I wanted a Carmel macchiato type drink he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for. My drink was even better then my normal!!! I visit Scooter's everytime I'm at my grand mother's house and it's great. We love the coffee and the service. Today I was there and ordered a green tea latte with almond milk because I can't have cow milk and the person who made the drinks made it with cow milk after I asked to make sure it was almond milk twice. I went back to ask for a refund of my drink because I was feeling sick and didn't want a replacement drink and the person who messed up my drink was gone. But the lady who was doing cashier was so sweet and refunded all of our drinks. That won't be my last time at Scooter's, I will just make sure I got the right drink. read more

So happy there is a Scooters near me!!! Used to live in Omaha, Nebraska and they were everywhere there. I love their peanut butter cup smoothie and pina colada. Love their iced lattes/coffee. Whenever I'm craving for one, Scooter's is where I go. Great interesting flavors, too (like butterscotch). However, they have gotten my order wrong 3 times. Hot when I asked for iced, mocha when asked for white mocha, and iced coffee when asked for iced latte. The common denominator in those mix-ups has been one specific worker. If she's not there, then the order is fantastic. read more

Good coffee. I had the nonfat sugar free vanilla latte and it was tasty. I am, however, a Starbucks fan and it's hard to win my palate over completely when it comes to my joe. The employees were friendly. I decided to try Scooter's because I had a coupon for half off. It was worth the 2 something paid, but in the end, I'd probably still go to my coffee love when faced with paying full price. They seem to be comparable. I will, however, return to try their fruit and Red Bull smoothie...Vertigo. Sounds yummy!!!!! Perfect for a hot Texas summer. read more

He said it should be okay without test riding my bike for road worthiness. I started to ride the bike to the grocery store 3 miles away. On tbe way, my 2 shifters completely failed on me. It was over 100° outside and I suffered heatstroke and had to call several friends before I could find a ride home. Why would this idiot technician send me out of his shop without testing my bike's road worthiness? I think that the customer service here was terrible and that they let me leave their shop on an unsafe bike. I do NOT recommend this shop to work on any bike. They have a large sign outside of their shop adververtising that they were a Giant certified dealer and demonstrated to me that they did not know crap about my Giant police mountain bike! I ended up having a bad case of heat stroke thanks to this bike technician's lousy customer service and techical competance. I am going to take my bike back when I can get assistance. With heat stroke I am in no condition to ride it there or walk it there!

Meh. Okay. Pretty generic. This location has friendly staff which is nice BUT they are out of Almond milk a lot and it really bothers me how they stand at the register, tally your order and wait for payment before starting your drink. I worked at Starbucks for 6 years and customer service was drilled into me. I'm thinking it's a lost art. Better (WAY better) coffee at Roots or Redefined. Ok if you are in a hurry and just really NEED an iced coffee. read more

I wish the menu was at the entrance instead of where you pick up your drink order. I like that you can customize the sweetness, ice level, cold foam, go sugar free or add more shots of espresso to the drink. They also sell muffin tops. I've tried their sweet and salty iced with 1/2 sugar level. It was subtly sweet and refreshing on a warm spring day. I tried their chai latte in a small (hot) regular sweetness which was delicious. If you leave them a google review they will give you a purple 7 brews shirt. The shirt was a nice surprise, the material is comfy and the shirt is cute. They only have the shirt size in a small, however it tends to run on the bigger side. All in all, I've enjoyed my visits to 7 brew and look forward to returning.

Throughout my stay, it was humbling to have baristas, Elora and Ty come by my table and check on me and offer me complimentary refills. Came by this location early morning to get work done and decided to order, Tall Blonde Roast - Starbucks Newest and lightest Roast, yet. Baristas greeted me politely, "Good morning, welcome in." I replied, "Good morning, could I get Tall Blonde Roast?" "Of course you can. Can you give me few minutes to brew fresh batch?" "That's not a problem I can wait few minutes, I'll be here for a while," I answered. Few minutes later, my fresh brewed Blonde Roast was waiting for me at Pick-Up counter. When you walk in you can find good option of seating. They offer a plush leather bench by the entrance with three tables. To the right of entrance, along the wall, your eyes capture three large, beautiful paintings of "Green Coffee Branches." Below the paintings you can find four tables with eight additional chairs. The overall space feels inviting and very clean. Music is quiet and easy to continue a conversation. Outside they have a good size patio with five tables and eleven chairs.

A drive thru drink place! I was looking for places to try since I was in the area and found this…read morenew shop. It's a drive thru only, with a nice drink selection to choose from and a limited amount of bite options. Everything seems made to order so it might take a moment while your order is being made. I decided on the strawberry matcha and an avocado toast. The drinks are only one size for cold(20oz) and hot(16oz) drinks and I didn't see an option to adjust sweetness level. The strawberry matcha was not bad, matcha flavor was very light and there was a lot of strawberry foam at the top versus matcha latte at the bottom. Overall not bad but definitely could be stronger. The avocado toast was a nice option to have, but it definitely was not a favorite. The spread tasted like the store bought variety and the combination of everything bagel seasoning and chili flakes was okay but the bread was nothing special. This is a new shop so I'm sure they're still working out the kinks, so I'd recommend trying out the other drinks and bite options. Also, make sure you ask for napkins... I didn't receive any with my open tray avocado toast.
