Throughout my stay, it was humbling to have baristas, Elora and Ty come by my table and check on me and offer me complimentary refills. Came by this location early morning to get work done and decided to order, Tall Blonde Roast - Starbucks Newest and lightest Roast, yet. Baristas greeted me politely, "Good morning, welcome in." I replied, "Good morning, could I get Tall Blonde Roast?" "Of course you can. Can you give me few minutes to brew fresh batch?" "That's not a problem I can wait few minutes, I'll be here for a while," I answered. Few minutes later, my fresh brewed Blonde Roast was waiting for me at Pick-Up counter. When you walk in you can find good option of seating. They offer a plush leather bench by the entrance with three tables. To the right of entrance, along the wall, your eyes capture three large, beautiful paintings of "Green Coffee Branches." Below the paintings you can find four tables with eight additional chairs. The overall space feels inviting and very clean. Music is quiet and easy to continue a conversation. Outside they have a good size patio with five tables and eleven chairs. read more

My first time at this location! They were super, duper busy with the drive thru line wrapping around. HOWEVER, the baristas were in their groove, cranking out drinks like superstars! I ordered a grande java chip frapp for hubs and a Trenta strawberry açaí with light ice, but they were out of strawberries. I placed a mobile order so by the time I got there my drink was ready and waiting for me. They wrote a sweet note on the cup explaining they were out, so I asked if they could do blackberries which she happily obliged! She took my drink and remade it with the new fruit. She was so sweet and friendly, very apologetic the whole time. Despite their busy hour, they made sure everyone was pleased and content. Thank you all for really great customer service!!!! read more

I come here every morning (sometimes in the afternoon) for my mocha. Most of the time I order ahead on the app and pick up through the drive thru. Every time the speaker is so nice and on a typical day I'm through the line within a few minutes. Every barista I've interacted with at the window is always super nice. At first glance you may think my 3 star rating is low, but Yelp describes 3 stars as "A-OK", and that's exactly what this new addition to Keller is. It's not a very large Starbucks, and on my visit it was quite crowded, making it feel cramped. The summer heat was keeping the larger than average, perhaps to compensate for the smaller interior, outdoor seating mostly unoccupied, I do believe the outdoor seating has ceiling fans and is covered, so that should help some, if you don't mind the view of cars on 377. Since this location is at the SW corner of 377 and 1709, the traffic can be heavy, and the view is mostly of cars stopped at the northbound traffic light. Due to location, getting northbound or westbound might be tricky. I'm not sure if there's a way to sneak out the back, but there is, that might help. Bottom line: Easy access location, getting out is tricky. read more

Super nice staff. My drink looks right however I didn't take it. This is just another location that doesn't realize that when you're running a drive-through do you have to provide the trash for the cup holder. The claim is always that the company says since Covid they weren't able to, go take trash. However, they're not wearing gloves. Which would be the logical response to that from corporate. And every single other company with a drive-through in the entire world that I've ever seen provides that service for their customers. So unfortunately, I left the coffee at the window and didn't pay period which I will continue to do it until the chain learns how to better serve their customers. I have no problem paying nine dollars for a coffee, but I at least need to working drive-through. read more

Updating my review... Still not impressed with this location. They change their hours, but don't display that clearly. Sometimes there's a note on a piece of paper stuck to the drive-through ordering screen at least that let you know they're closed. Otherwise You'll just sit in the drive-through staring at someone taking notes through the window while they ignore you. If your hours were clearly posted, people wouldn't sit in the drive-through waiting for service, than at the window waiting for service thinking maybe the screen malfunction. read more

Nice people but multiple times out of different drink ingredients. I get you may be out of breakfast croissant in the afternoon but if your business is coffee and drinks you should be able to have the ingredients for your core business most of the time. At least three times I got the apology that they did not have ingredients to make a specific type of drink. read more

Love this location because the drinks are made CORRECTLY and they LISTEN. I am addicted to Starbucks' iced green tea and I hate when they add too much ice. When ordering, I always mention "light ice" - sometimes I get that but a lot of times I don't. However, at this location, they actually listen and make the drink as I order it. Awesome! The baristas here are very friendly, too! :) When you order in the drive-thru, the barista's picture pops up in the screen and you FaceTime each other as you make your order. :) They have a small patio with a pergola roof with a ceiling fan and a few tables. The only downside to this location is the parking lot exits during times of congested traffic. If you're headed south on 377 or east on Golden Triangle, you'll have no issue. Opposite directions may be a little more tricky. read more

It's a nice Starbucks. I like it a lot. It's closer to my home and also really quiet, which I love. Everything is so new and I hope they keep it that way! This is probably my favorite Starbucks in the Keller area. The servers always greet with a "hello!" or "Good morning!" I always feel welcome here and some of the baristas even remember me every time I come in and make small chit chat before I head to clinicals or work even if it's super busy. Says a lot compared to my experience at the other Starbucks on Denton 377 where, if you're lucky, can get a "Welcome to Starbucks how can I help you?" Ever since this location opened I've never felt like I should rate them any lower. I do online orders and never forget to leave a tip. I will agree this Starbucks location is colder inside than others that I've been to, but other than that they always get my order right and I always feel welcome here. The wait in line really depends on how many "triple-half-caff-pumpkin-nonfat-lattes with half whip"s are in front of you. LOL. They offer Apple Pay which I love. Barista was nice and chatty as we talked about the upcoming Dallas Cowboys game against the Redskins on Thanksgiving. Thanks to the girl with dreads who put her coffee expertise to use on me this morning. Trying to create a new drink off of the menu items made me feel stupid but I really wanted something different (and cheaper). So, she helped me pick one out and didn't laugh at the elementary questions I had. Also, STARBUCKS CORP, please turn down the brightness on your new video menu in the dark, early mornings. The coffee is of course great, and so is the seating and atmosphere. However, it is extremely cold in this Starbucks, making it difficult to study. The staff is also always loud and laughing/almost screaming. Again making it very difficult to concentrate on studying if that's what you go there for. read more

Yay a new Starbucks location, and one with a drive thru! First time I pulled up I was a little freaked by the huge digital image of the barista staring at me, ready to take my order. During my most recent trip the monitor was cracked and off. I did confirm at the drive thru window that the baristas can see the customers too (it's not a one-way look into our car). A little different, but I can get into Starbucks trying to use technology to be a little more "friendly" with their service. But yah, this is a Starbucks. Same menu, same drink options, same free AT&T wifi, etc. Folks here are super friendly, always giving a little chit chat before handing over your crack drinks. I still cannot get over how the one drink I always order tastes different every time I order. Does not matter where I order it (even across state lines), some versions are sweeter, some are way more bitter (nasty). I mean, it's a recipe right? That's why there are lines on the iced cups- to pour the proper amount of milk, etc. I feel like I could get behind the counter and mix up my drink the right way. C'mon Starbucks- you have one job! Still, I'm addicted. Crossing traffic on Main street is a nightmare, especially in the morning during rush hour traffic. Forget about it. Easiest way to access the drive-thru is to come east on Golden Triangle and turn right into the shopping plaza- then the drive-thru entrance is there on your right. read more

I love the baristas at this location. When you have happy people behind the counter, it says a lot for the team working in the store. Beyond their control, however, was the price hike that Starbucks recently applied. Instead of getting my latte-to-go here 3x a week, I head over to QuikTrip for a machine-made quick cuppa. read more

The new Starbucks is in a great location and the design is cool. We love having a drive thru in Keller now! Plus CJ is our favorite barista and he moved to this location. There are two hits against it already though. Upon arrival last Friday, I had a hard time understanding the lady working the register. I think she is Vietnamese but I don't know. She speaks too fast and with a major accent. She is a little snobby too; not a good combo. Also, the tables and chairs were filthy. I brought a guest from out of town and the dirtiness was not impressive. Bummer. read more

I give up. I've tried over and over but this location can't get my drinks right, whether I order in person or via the app. It's not rocket science. Unless it says "iced" on the label, it's a hot drink. This morning I waited in the drive through over 20 minutes, part of that spent waiting on them to fix the drinks they made incorrectly for the car in front of me, and then had to wait longer while they remade my tea to be hot instead of iced. The employees here are also incredibly rude. There was no apology for the wait or the mistakes. I've already complained to corporate once and this was the last chance I was going to give them. I'll get my coffee at a different location from here on out. read more

My boyfriend and I are currently on our way to his companies Christmas party. While on the way, we thought we'd stop by and treat ourself to a nice warm latte. Twelve dollars for two grande lattes and one of them was almost half empty! Normally it would not be a big deal, we would have said something right then and there but we were in a hurry. The location on Main Street (Hwy 377) and Golden Triangle is just absolutely horrible. I went in and ordered three drinks. We decided to go into this location as the drive thru never fills the cup properly. We ordered a hot Jade Mint tea with lemon and honey. They had no lemon and made no suggestions for a substitute. Also we ordered two iced white tea, no sugar. The hot tea came out very quickly, however the iced took over 15 mins. I wish there was another location closer to my home other than this one. Leaves me to never go to this location ever again. read more

I was just driving home from picking up my very old dogs at the vet. The lady at the drive thru window saw them and gave me two "pup whips". My drinks were great but my dogs LOVED the treats! Just wanted to give a shout out...it's nice when someone doesn't just hand you a drink and move on. The good: Fast, efficient drive-thru; tasty beverages, perfectly warmed breakfast sandwiches. The bad: The last two grande lattes I've ordered came to me with almost 2 inches of foam on top (and hence a lot less latte). I quote the Starbucks definition of latte: "thin layer of foam." If I wanted that much foam, I'd order a cappuccino. It's not a good feeling to pay for a grande and be given what is essentially the contents of a tall. I'm always on my way to work, so I haven't taken the time to complain. I'll probably give them one more shot (on a Saturday when I'm not so rushed and have time to voice my disappointment, if warranted). read more
