However this recent job was bigger than what I had the time or tools for and I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. I brought in my Silverado to have the hydraulic lifters deleted due to a failed lifter. I had suspicions of other issues but were assured by other mechanics that they didn't exist. I only spoke Leon personally who has impeccable customer service and knowledge. He was able to give me the best price around and clearly had the knowledge necessary for the job. It took a little longer to get the vehicle into a bay than expected and while most shops wouldn't bother Leon called and maintained communication throughout the entire job which is such a small thing that goes such a long way. The delay was perfectly understandable, I know personally no job ever goes as smooth as you expect. After the initial tear down Leon reached out again to let me know that my suspicions were correct and a few other things needed to be replaced or at the very least were worth doing while it was tore down and about at that time anyway. Leon was able to get me a fair price on parts and replace everything I was looking at getting done anyway. Leon was even honest enough to talk me out of a more expensive replacement other shops had told me was necessary and provide me the education why it wouldn't be worth it. Trucks been running great for about a month now. Absolutely no complaints. Can't thank these guys enough for all the work and actually being good to the customer. I recommend these guys to everybody I know now.

That said I did not get a great deal on my bike. The person who closed on my sale is gone. He was unwilling to budge on the price even after I told him there were better deals at other dealerships. I broke down and bought from him since I developed a relationship with him and a former salesman. The two men let me test ride many bikes and take long test rides of many bikes for 2yrs. Even after the guy I bought it from left, I was treated well every time I brought my bike in and received A+ service, in the parts and service depts. . After hearing horror stories from friends about other dealerships & shops I think the extra money spent to cultivate a relationship was worth it. Now that my prior salesman, Orlando, is back I hope to get a good deal when I upgrade. Minus one star for the lack of movement on MSRP, but again my treatment & pricing in follow up serice and installing goodies. worth it to me

Hi, this review is in regards to a bad experience I had with this company. I do not care what these…read morepeople say. They are dishonest. I came in because I was smelling smoke from my vehicle but I didn't really know exactly where it was coming from but had my theory it was the tires. The lady said that the diagnostics would be 16.99 and I actually repeated it to her 16.99?, and she agreed. I said, "I think there might be something wrong with my tires." Me and the manager went outside. He looks at my vehicle and says "oh it's probably your tires, it's rubbing the rotors" or something to that effect but then he says, "let's wait on the mechanic to make sure that's what's wrong with the vehicle." As i'm walking to the door, he says "she told you the diagnostics is 16 .99 correct" and I said "yes." The mechanic gets there. The lady they have at the front desk (kind of heavyset with dark brown hair) gave me dirty looks the whole time. The mechanic lifted the car looked at my tires and said "it was my rotors etc." They never performed an actual diagnostics test where they hooked the car up to a machine and actually told me what is wrong with my car. He made no effort to do that. I got no paper or information on anything that was wrong with my car except what I stated above. I never received a full diagnostics test. The mechanic came and told me the same thing I already previously was suspecting and the manager agreed with. The time comes to pay and this dude charges me about $74.54, so confused I said I thought you guys said it was 16.99 and then he says no it's 69.99 but because of their accents, I think they use their accents to confuse people and then charge them anyway because he pronounced it correctly, then. I could've gotten what they did at AutoZone for free! I would never go to them work on my vehicle. One of the things I cannot stand is a dishonest mechanical company. They seem like they scam people on the regular. They don't honor their customers. Even if it was a matter of miscommunication, I never received a full diagnostics test to charge me that amount. He should've at least negotiated a cheaper price because of the misunderstanding but no. They took all of my money 70 something dollars to tell me the same thing I already probably suspected and just to look at my vehicle with their eyes. They honestly think that's fair and the way they should do business. Their fake personality and fake nice behavior with "certain customers" doesn't fool me. They are dishonest. They even added tax on it, lol. I guess they're taxing their vision now. Even if it is was 69.99 they added tax, so it wasn't the price they originally told me. They never said plus tax and how is it even considered a taxable item? Unfortunately, I paid them with my cash app card and cash app does not care about disputes and is a garbage company when it comes to those matters. Avoid this shop at all costs!…read more They sold me a new Ducati 959 fuel tank that was by no means new. The whole right side was damaged, body filled, and the tank was poorly repainted. I tried to install it anyways and fuel leaked rapidly from one of the front tank mounts. If I had tried to ride the bike, it could have burst into flames and killed me. They have not offered any sort of help and have ghosted all my contacts.
