After the service, I called mentioning that it wasn't looking finished yet, I was told that I should, myself, wait for 3 weeks then wet sand the area then wax it. If this was mentioned prior to the service I would be fine, but it wasn't. I guess to summarize my feedback: * Over-communicate what is and what isn't included on the service. * Make sure people understand what they are missing out for not going to a proper body shop space. * I'd suggest doing a second visit for so that the sanding and waxing can be done properly and so that any missing imperfections can be fixed. I hope the service improves with this feedback.

The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, convenience, and professionalism are getting harder to find these days. This was our second time using C.A.R.S., and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing bodywork or paint repair. Five stars well deserved.

This location quoted me a price that was literally $500 more expensive than a nearby MAACO for the exact same service. The representatives were also very dismissive, and made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because of my physical disability. I have a copy of both estimates and will be making a note to the better business bureau, because practices like these are predatory and should be reported. Do NOT use this shop! DISHONEST! The body work they did was ok but they screwed up my headlight…read morewhen they removed it to remove/replace the left fender. Now there's a ton of condensation built up on the inside that was NOT there before it entered the shop. Now they are lying to me telling me they never touched my headlights to do the work. You HAVE to remove the headlight to replace the fender because there is one bolt that holds the headlight into the fender and the bumper ( use a 10mm socket) you cannot replace the fender without taking out the headlight. So don't LIE to me on the phone and tell me that you guys didn't even touch them. Do not trust them they are DISHONEST and will try to cover their *ss by lying to you. He offered to take it for a half a day and try to re-seal the headlight but I don't trust you so you will never touch my car again. I installed the headlights by myself, yes and I change my own oil and do a lot of maintenance to my car. It sucks that I have to spend my own money to do it myself but at least this woman will get it done right.
