After inspection, I was advised to do a coolant flush and replace the control arms. I agreed and paid over $4,100 upfront. They completed some work (tires were replaced), but told me they would call when the control arms arrived. They never did. Five months later, I returned to follow up. I was told the parts I had already paid for were used on another customer's car without notifying me. I rescheduled the repair, came back, and was told the control arms were replaced. The technician claimed the job was completed, test drove the car, and even showed me "old parts." I checked under the car and found the original control arms still installed (rusty and clearly not recently replaced). The parts shown to me were not from my vehicle. When I confronted them, staff acknowledged the issue and provided a written note stating I would receive a refund. Since then, I've been given repeated delays and excuses (manager not available, system issues, "machine needs a code," etc.), and no refund has been issued. I was charged for a repair that, based on my inspection, was not performed, despite being told it was completed. At this point, I have initiated a dispute with my bank and will escalate further if necessary. Double check any work done on your vehicle before leaving this shop.
