Left in like 3 minutes of meeting him. Asked him what the OTD price was for one of the bikes and was above the other motor shops so asked if he can bring it down just a bit and gave the most snarky attitude with "I don't need to". Got up and walked away and as soon as I got to the door, he asked "so what price were you thinking" lol. Naw we're good. Don't recommend this place. Over priced and not friendly.

Village Motorsports still has not fixed the problem. Among other things, the operations manager, Ryan, blamed Covid. :) He also claimed that my concerns (getting a replacement or refund) were for the manufacturer to address. However, I got the manufacturer representative on the phone with Ryan, and the representative confirmed that Village Motorsports is responsible. Nonetheless, Village Motorsports still has offered nothing, aside from a hope (not a promise) that maybe they can fix the machine by August 4, more than a month after the problem arose. My only word of advice--aside from not buying a machine from them--is if you want someone to pick up the phone promptly, call the sales desk, not the service desk.

Beside the extremely long wait to get my unit (had to order parts, incorrect parts ordered, etc.), it was delivered with a long list of issues. Clear indication that there is no pre-delivery inspection at Fox. After returning from repair, the unit was delivered to me not tied down in a sled trailer. The Ranger ended up smashed against the rear door and parts were laying all over the floor. Strike three - asked for a full refund. Whole ordeal started in late September and ended the day before Thanksgiving. This dealership has many issues to sort out. Buyer beware!!! By the way, I went to a different dealer, purchased a newer model year at the same price as the 2025 that Fox originally sold me and received it within one week. My advice is to avoid this circus and go somewhere else.

Then I tried to sales department only to be sent to an unnamed mailbox to leave a voicemail. Then I tried the operator who put me on hold for five minutes while they try to get in touch with service only to send me back to the same mailbox that was full. Going to email route was no better as I submitted a request on their website and never received a reply. Perhaps the people that service equipment do a good job, but we will never know because it was impossible to reach them. Let alone schedule an appointment and give them my business.

    NOTHING but issues with service department. Had my snowmobile in 3 times for reverse staying on and…read morelast week picked up sleds and arrived in UP and went to back out sled and it is stuck in reverse still!! Manager Tregg gets really nice then blows up on you, then apologizes, then blows up on you. The same sled which had no issues we picked up and the sled now has automatic air suspension issues. I have all the pics and videos and Tregg managers response was it worked fine when it left here. We must have done something too it?? Really. No miles were added from when we picked up our trailer to when we backed it out of the trailer and he says it was working fine and tested before you left. I sent videos and pics. My one snowmobile only goes up to 12 mph which is so unsafe on a trail and once again, they don't worry about trying to just fix the problems the first time but instead argue with me, screams to go to another dealer, that they don't want to deal with me anymore, then apologizes and says his anger got the best of him. This is over and over. I have so many emails we are preparing for a possible lawsuit. 3 times to get these items fixed and still nothing. I have to drive 2 hours out of my way each way to go to this dealership. I tried to work with them especially this Tregg manager person, and he blames us for the problems. They won't stay 30 seconds past closing time. To top it off, they rammed their forklift into the back end of my trailer messing it up bad. They agreed to fix it, but once again I have to drive several hours out of my way to get the trailer fixed now, and also the sleds still $$$ invoices later and machine is bogging out, reverse stuck and can't get out, now suspension lights all over the screen. They charged me for a new battery, only two years old and having low voltage lights pop up as well. We do NOT recommend this place. STAY AWAY. They ask only the happy customers leaving after they BUY their toys not during or after service!
