We imported our scooters to Kauai and Scooter West has been great support!

The folks at Scooter West are the best! Helpful, encouraging and yes, when necessary, nurturing! I have ordered parts several times now and they filled and shipped them right on time. I have followed You Tube "how to" videos in real time and successfully converted Primavera and Sprint lighting (head light, turn signals and running lights) to LED. Did I mention that their pricing is fair and reasonable? Well it is. These folks rock! I recommend them highly!

Everything you are looking for a Vespa or scooter is here. Great service and quick shipments. My Vespa is almost done and most is from this location.

Gift for my wife!

Awesome and knowledgeable team. Not cheap but where else can you walk into a Vespa shop/ store and get anything you may need for you ride?

Wide Open Motorcycle Repair - New brake disc and pads done in less than 30 minutes. Brent is an awesome mechanic!

I can't say enough good things about Brent. He worked on my wife's Triumph, and from start to…read morefinish, he was absolutely outstanding. What impressed me most was his excellent communication. Brent kept us informed, explained everything clearly, and was always honest and straightforward. He is someone you can truly trust. He also went above and beyond to help keep the cost reasonable. He only charges for the time he actually spends working on the bike, helped source parts from overseas, and even arranged a used cylinder head to help keep the repair cost down. He wasn't just trying to get the job done -- he genuinely looked for the best solution for us. His knowledge, workmanship, honesty, communication, and dedication are exceptional. It's rare to find a mechanic who combines this level of skill with such integrity and genuine care for his customers. If you're looking for a mechanic you can truly trust with your bike, I highly recommend Brent. We feel very fortunate to have found him. Five stars without hesitation!

Brent worked on my KLR650 a couple months ago. I rode the bike over and they worked on it for half…read morea day or so. I had worked with him prior to get some parts on order including a rejetting kit, sprockets and a new chain (gave $40 deposit). My exhaust was loose, something I didn't notice due to my loud after market exhaust put on by a previous owner. This was quickly diagnosed and fixed by Wide Open Moto. Bike was ready to go, rode it around for a bit and flooded the carb due to the wrong size needle being installed. Brent was generous and had it towed back for free to his shop. Subsequently the bike rode great that following Monday when I picked it back up. I'd recommend Brent and Wide Open Moto for your bike. Unexpected things can happen and they worked on the bike again for free after re-diagnosing. He also was quick to give me back my deposit after I realized it was still in holding. A plus is that he is very responsive and easy to get in touch with. I would personally give 5 stars if I was given a heads up on what type of miscellaneous repairs were going to be done. I had a kickstand safety switch and oil change done without my knowledge at the time. Thank you, Brent. You've got my business going forward.

Randy is the worst mechanic I have dealt with in my life and extremely unprofessional (And I think…read morehe is the owner). I took my Big Dog motorcycle in last year to have carb work done and an oil leak fixed. He did the carburetor but when I went to pick up the bike I noticed an oil puddle under it. When I asked about the oil leak he said "its probably a primary cover bolt that went too far through and is leaking in the back, just put some thing in there to plug it up". I told him "no, i brought it in for you to fix the oil leak. can you please take it back and fix it?" After fixing the oil leak my bike had electrical issues and wouldnt start. Unfortunately I had to have him fix that too. 3 Jobs done, zero calls upon completion. I had to call him sporadically to get a condescending "were still workin on it" then when its ready and call I get a "its been ready for almost a week now" resulting in my bike being at the shop for over a month. When I finally got the bike back there were over 10 new scratches on my tailpipes, engine, and forks. Randy denied any involvement. After bringing the bike in and showing him the multitude of scratches I got him to agree to detail my bike so a potential buyer might not see the scratches as well. He said he was too busy to do it this week and would call me. To my surprise i never got a call

I really like finding owner/operators like Konstantin. Sounds cliche but when you own a business…read moreand interact directly with the customer and provide them a service, you're much more likely to care about what you're doing. I needed a front fork seal rebuild on my bike. I'd gone by a big local place up in Kearny Mesa (won't name) and dude was dismissive, like 'ah yeah a couple hours to pull the forks, a couple hours to rebuild...but we're a month out to get you in'. Acted like he didn't want my business and wouldn't even provide a number 'uh yeah like $130/hour times 4 hours, and yeah parts too'. Gel haired, flat brimmed, frosted tip 50 year old goofball. SD moto did a 24 hour turnaround. Yep, actually less than 24 hours. They preemptively got the parts (he paid for them) dropped bike off Friday, picked up Saturday. Beyond happy. I have a valve clearance coming up in a few thousand miles and I'll coming here. Also he's from Bulgaria , not Russia. Good guy! Edit Bulgaria NOT Belarus haha. Sorry!

I then came across SD moto repair & found brother constantine. He is a 1 man worker but he does work at a fair price, & does it a good time frame & i have been taking my ZX10R to him for some years now for oil changes, tire changes, brake & master cylinder work, front & rear sprocket & chain replacement etcc.. he was even able to find me a replacement fairing for my Zx10R which are hard to find now because of my bikes age & he helped me today (9/13/25) properly fit a green rear seat cowl on my ZX10R that I bought on Ebay that is seen in this photo. I would reccomend him to any rider that needs their cycle serviced for fair pricing, good work & good turn around time. He also doesn't tell his customers "your cycle is too old" as the motozone mechanic told me years ago.
