He said the total was about $22. I handed him two $20 bills, but he gave me only $7 in change and walked off. When I called him back, he claimed I had given him $30, not $40. I showed him the math on my phone, and he apologized--then shorted me $5 on the second attempt. When I mentioned leaving a review about he was doing, he just smiled. I'm a 64-year-old woman and I know this old "short-change" scam from decades ago. I will never eat here again.
