First, it's just ice cream! I don't know what the name represents. Because all though Mt. Hood is a "potentially active stratovolcano" (pulled that straight from Google!), most people wouldn't extrapolate that far, in my opinion. I thought a volcano cone was going to be like a hole in the middle filled with hot fudge or something ... it's not. It's just ice cream! The staff working at the shop today were so nice!!!! My husband and son both got salted caramel and Oreo. The Oreo was ordered on recommendation from other reviewers and they liked it. Salted caramel is a favorite of my son especially and he gives it two thumbs up. This will be an annual experience.
