I mean, I consult and have an hourly rate which doesn't change based on the task I'm doing. It's the nickel and diming here that gets its star rating. At least at other groomers, you know how much to budget for a groom. Update on comment- the signatures you asked for that I didn't read as it was a sign now experience (like at the doctor)? Also, an hourly rate is an hourly rate. Good luck finding clients who will go along with a quote and then an increase at payment without prior notice. You've already lost two clients like this.

THey were on "stand-by" when our daughter was born last summer and helped tremedously in making the transition a smooth one.
