I was speechless. Never in my life had I paid that much for a dog grooming. My dog was already in pretty good shape - she was not matted and the grooming took no more than 2 hours. I also found that my doggies' butthole was cut by their clipper. This was not a good experience and i will never use them again.

Our previous dog walker had moved out of state. I felt terrible asking these new people to take care of a dog who wouldn't be with us for very long, but they insisted they were OK with it and would never leave me without care (even though we'd just met!) They were incredibly wonderful to my old girl during her last year of her life. I was always nervous to leave her with anyone. They took care of her as their own - both for walks and for weekends we were were away. A few months after our old girl passed, we adopted a new rescue puppy. That was 3 years ago and Prabin has been with us since. They take her when we are away and walk her daily in between. THey were on "stand-by" when our daughter was born last summer and helped tremedously in making the transition a smooth one. Prabin (and the others) are extremely reliable, personable, caring, responsible, HONEST, trustworthy and most importantly - AMAZING with our dog.
