My family and I have been seeing Dr. Bailey for years and he has always been wonderful. Not only…read morehas he always listened to our specific concerns, but he has taken to time to research solutions for our specific problems. I have been struggling with ocular migraines for over 20 years. In the past year, they have gotten so much worse. I think my neurologist is at a loss as to what else to do with me at times. Dr. Bailey had just heard about the Altius migraine contact lenses and asked if I was interested in trying them out. Of course I jumped at the opportunity, since it would be amazing not to have to rely on daily medication. I felt relief from an oncoming migraine the moment I put these contact lenses in. I have now been wearing them every time I have to go into the office or have a full day of computer usage ahead of me for about 3 weeks. I went from 3 to 5 migraines a week to MAYBE one. My husband will tell you I look odd and most people don't notice them. The ones that know me took a while to notice what changed. Getting used to seeing everything in green is a little strange, but experiencing life without a daily migraine or the threat of a migraine is huge. These contacts are taking care of the last trigger I didn't realize had so much of an impact. I cannot thank Dr. Bailey enough for giving me back my life. If you suffer from migraines or light sensitivity, I highly recommend trying these contact lenses out and make sure to reach out to Dr. Bailey.

I wanted to share my recommendation for Arizona Eye Specialists in Gilbert, Arizona. It is an…read moreoutstanding office and an excellent choice for medical and general eye care. The facility is located in a large medical complex with convenient and ample parking. Dr. Elliott Janousek, O.D., is an exceptional professional. He provides comprehensive eye exams that check visual acuity, depth perception, and eye coordination to detect issues like cataracts or macular degeneration. He also performs systemic health screenings to identify overall health issues affecting the eyes, such as diabetes and hypertension. Additionally, Dr. Janousek is highly skilled in prescribing topical and oral medications for eye infections, allergies, and inflammation, and he provides excellent surgical co-management before and after procedures performed by their seasoned ophthalmologist. The eye exam process is very efficient. The optical technician, Heep, is professional and thorough during the initial medical review and pressure testing. The practice also utilizes retinal and fundus photography to capture detailed digital images of the inside of the eye to screen for diseases. The administrative staff is equally wonderful. Maddy at the reception desk is always cheerful, helpful, and accommodating with scheduling. Please note that this is a very popular and busy office. I highly recommend scheduling any follow-up appointments on the same day as your visit to avoid scheduling delays.

The earliest available appointment was in October, but a week before the appointment, it was canceled. I rescheduled for November, and on the morning of that appointment, they canceled again. To make matters worse, they only send text messages to notify you of cancellations--no calls to explain or help reschedule. After this frustrating and unprofessional experience, I gave up and went elsewhere.

Everyone sufficient in their perspective positions. It is such a pleasure to arrive with no tension felt from a staff not getting along. Unpleasant people can make a waiting room full of people uncomfortable. All we can say to the front desk is JOB WELL DONE! The doctor is not just professional and caring but we really believe he is about the best results possible for his patient. We never felt like the next number to be seen. Very grateful. When there was a delay in our appointment time, it was because the doctor cared enough to take on the emergency for someone in need.
