Then came my yummy main dish, a roasted half chicken with just the right amount of skin and garnished with a smoky barbecue sauce. It was a sizable bird, taking up a nice bit of plate real estate, though leaving just enough room for a warm and topped with butter sweet potato. Needless to say, I still had room for dessert, and enjoyed their Keylime pie. Mal, my waitress, was very pleasant and I didn't have to wait for soda refills. Plating was also on time.
