They then proceeded to say 'We refuse to work on this because it'll take too much time and space on our lift and bay. The strut didn't actually snap, it just came out of its place. There are two different struts on either side. I wouldn't even know what to order.' Which doesn't make sense. The struts are the same, and it is the 3rd result when you look up "struts for SN95 Mustang" It took them 5 days for them to tell me they won't work on it which is absurd considering it was one of the few cars in the lot. I refuse to bring any of my cars to this shop ever again and I recommend everyone else do the same.
