We have been coming here for many years. Unfortunately, they are one of the restaurants that are gouging their customers. Prices are up 60% and portion sizes have decreased. Auf Wiedersehen! We will be driving to Siegfried's who has raised their prices!

In town and looked for German food and found Schnitzel Kitchen and tried it. Entering the door you know you are in a true German restaurant. The decor, decorations and atmosphere are very similar to what I experienced in Germany. They offer different options and types of dishes, even vegetarians have a schnitzel option. If you select type of schnitzel and then select the sauce or topping. They offer other dishes than schnitzel. I would say the prices are higher than I would have expected. Portion for the schnitzel was large. I had the red cabbage and warm german potato salad they were delicious and had the right amount of tang. While there they had live entertainment and the whole restaurant sang and were involved. Very fun. Heidi the owner came by each table and talked with everyone. When you drive up the outside is two strip mall type buildings with a street between and parking is tight with angled and parallel parking. Don't be detoured by the outside or area, go in and have fun.

On a cold Winter day in Florida I normally would get pho but today, I tried Schnitzel Kitchen to get my share of carbs. Good decision. Unique destination (in a good way). You feel transported to Germany with cuckoo clocks , beer steins, flags and more. Our waitress, Penny, acted as hostess, waitress, cashier, and recommend entrees. My schnitzel with red cabbage and potato pancake was excellent. I loved the texture and gravy with mushrooms. For dessert, we ordered the plum cake which was outstanding ( thank prior Yelpers) As we were finishing, the owner, Heidi, showed up and dialed up the atmosphere . Heidi loves a good time and mingles with patrons and encourages everyone to enjoy themselves. A unique dining experience- worth a return trip. Street parking. Given the relatively small size, I recommend making reservations.

I love Schnitzel Kitchen! It's a great place to hang out with a small group of people and eat excellent, German dishes. The owner, Heidi, is very fun and welcoming. There are many songs being played in both English and German. The music is good. It is more of a pub atmosphere, so they will sing bar songs. The pretzel with beer cheese was very nice. So was the Hanchenschnitzel (chicken schnitzel), the red cabbage, and the plum strudel. Everyone at my table enjoyed what they ordered. We will definitely return soon!

Interactive, fun loving, authentic and DELICIOUS. Best kraut - brought home the leftovers. Definitely a must do on a Friday or Saturday with music and singing.

Schweinebraten with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut (as Heidi recommends!)

Cozy German Dining in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Excellent food and excellent service! We enjoyed good beer and delicious food. We had two of the appetizers--the Bavarian beer cheese with warm pretzels and the fresh Schnitzel Kitchen Salad. Most in my party had either the chicken schnitzel or pork schnitzel with the jager sauce(and they loved it!), but my husband and I had the Schweinebraten. It was fork-tender and the sauce was perfect. I had mine with the sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. It was absolutely delicious--just like my mom used to make. We all split a generous slice of schwartzwalderkirshtorte. It was wonderful--perfectly made with whipped cream and chocolate and cherry. Thank you for a wonderful evening withvfamily and great food.

This place is phenomenal. Authentic German food. The best in Florida! Live entertainment. Great service. Don't pass this place up. A great place to have a wonderful time. Heidi is the BEST!!! Ask for Penny as your server. She is great.

Very authentic German restaurant that is ornately decorated with German memorabilia The chef/owner Heidi is very funny and friendly, and she comes around to each of the tables to greet patrons The space is fairly small, so there are only a few tables Food is on the pricer side, but the portions are fairly large 4 different beer sizes, with the option to add flavorings to them as well I got a sausage dish that came with two sides, and I opted for a pretzel and spatzle. Everything was homemade and very delicious!

Oh, this place had it all. If you ever saw the Stefon skit on SNL, it was kind of like that. Random, unexpected, a little weird and so much fun. On a weekend night, they had live music and everyone was getting into it. Audience participation is encouraged. The decor only adds to the atmosphere...yes...there are coo coo clocks. It is a small place and it gets busy. I suggest making a reservation. The food is incredible. It tastes like someone's Oma is in the kitchen cooking with love. They have all of the traditional favorites - schnitzel, bratwurst, sauerbraten, goulash, cream puffs, black forest cake, and several german beers on tap. The bratwurst was the best I have ever had. Entrees are served with two sides and I finished every bite on my plate! The potato pancakes and the red cabbage were so delicious. I barely had room for dessert, but no way was I missing out on the black forest cake. The owner is delightful. She was walking around greeting everyone and checking if they enjoyed their food. You can hear her contagious laugh all throughout the restaurant. Loved it.

Once again had a fantastic dinner and even sat at the very same table. Couldn't pass up the German pretzel and their 2 mustards office were fantastic with both a spicy and sweet taste for each. For dinner I went with the steak coated with a mustard coating and it was cooked perfect and so juicy. Love the fact they have a smaller menu and you can see that works for them. I would totally suggest giving this place a try

The decor did make us feel like we were somewhere in Germany. My partner ordered a beer and we looked over the menu. I decided on the chicken schnitzel and Spatzle. Unfortunately our waiter said they were out of Spatzle. He told us they were out of all sides besides potatoe salad and french fries. My partner attempted to order the pork spatzle and was told they were out of it along with a few other dishes. This was disappointing, we wished our waiter had told us this when we sat down instead of after deciding. Our food was delicious, and if I lived in town I would definitely be back. I recommend not taking the last reservation time to avoid them selling out of many things. Our waiter told us this happens on most weekends.
