He will promise you to do a great job. I can only say he did a great job of taking my money! So 10 months and I have no completed project or refund, which he also said he would do.

However, the "designer" who was assigned to our project was a disaster. The project was pushed back, she suggested materials weren't right for the application, didn't order the correct quantity of materials (delaying completion), ordered grout without letting us approve the color, ordered the wrong window and lied about costs. This bathroom remodel ended up costing us over $1200.00 more than what we had been told. Fortunately, the craftsmen worked around her mistakes and the bathroom is beautiful, but we would never hire this contractor again - we think they should have eaten all of the mistake costs. We understand we could have gotten a lawyer, but that's not our style.

Second, once I explained the scope of the work I wanted done, I went through setting up an appointment with him. Well, he never called, never came by to give me an estimate. I took the afternoon off work to stay home to meet him, but he was a total no-show. This guy is running an unreliable, unprofessional business.
