They had forgotten about our order and proceeded to take another 10 minutes making the order when we got the sandwiches they were undercooked. I was in the drive thru and had to wait 5 minutes before anyone could help me. once someone finally tried to take my order she was laughing with a co worker and took an extremely long time to take my order because she couldn't stop laughing and could not focus. I asked for gluten free bread and by the time she finally got my complete order down, she then tells me that they are out of gluten free bread. if she was actually doing her job instead of goofing off with her co workers she could've saved me a lot of time. I don't know who they have hired here but management really needs to pay attention to what they're employees are doing and that are actually doing their jobs. they are highly unprofessional here. Never been to a schlotzsky other than the by my house and i decided to come to this one since i'm working in this area and i have to say this was a wonderful experience!! went through drive through and the clerk was sweet and soft spoken and my FOOD!!! so good! i got a californian chicken on pizza and i don't think i've ever had a crust as crispy as this one! super cheesy too, i absolutely loved everything about my 10 minute experience. wonderful workers and good food! 10/10 read more

We enjoy coming to this location and going through the drive through. They have a wide variety of sandwiches and we love getting the half sandwich and a cup of soup option. They also have different size sandwiches you can choose from and most of the time you'll have some left over. read more

I remember eating the pizza here when I was little which is great! but I've never tried anything else from here until recently. I ordered the Tuscan sandwich with broccoli and cheese soup and it was sooooo delicious! The service is very quick and friendly and she recommended that we order the California flatbread next time and I'm looking forward to giving that a try. The owner of this franchise branch frequently runs the drive thru, never gives the customer their total at the speaker, or at the drive up window, just holds out their hand expecting money, and never gives a receipt, is barely responsive when you ask for a receipt, Barry responsive when you ask for sauce packets and gives you a SMALL amount. I go to this location frequently and see this same man. Makes no attempt to try to be nice or helpful to the customer. And I know the reason for his unhappiness for customers asking for receipts and sauce packets is because he's trying to save a buck. If you see this guy, please complain to his face so he changes the way he runs his business. Business owners like this piss me off. read more

I order online and emailed the receipt to my daughter who went to pick up the food. Of course my Cinnabon's and chips I paid for weren't in my order. I called and they said corporate would have to set up a refund. So frustrating! It's printed on the ticket! I just had the most horrible experience at the drive-thru at Schlotzsky's located at 12230 West Lake Houston, Tx 77044. My Order# 50066; as I feel the need to include because when I went on www.bunbuzz.com my survey was already taken. First, If I am paying for a product I would like to receive the product. I just spent $27 on (2) sandwich meals. By the way, I did not receive any drinks because they all consisted of carbonated water. My first choice was lemonade. The young man, asked "Would do you want me to do about it?" I politely requested, a Sprite, in it's place. My third and finally request was a Dr. Pepper. After, I realized that all the product was out, I politely asked that I be refunded for my drinks because I didn't received them. The young man at the register seemed to be agitated at this point. He then brings a young lady to the register to tell me that I could not receive a refund; and I that I should come back tomorrow; when a manager is available. The young man then gestured for me to go away; and then he called me a derogatory name in Spanish, that I shall not repeat. I ask for both of their names so that I could at least write to corporate to let them know that they will not be in business very long, if they continue to treat customers, as if we don't have a right to receive a product, if we are paying. Had it not been for a hungry 2 year old toddler, I would not have stop to grab something to eat. Customer service seems to have gone out the window, since the pandemic but it shouldn't be justification for an establishment to hire individuals that don't take pride in there jobs. I would have been ok, with him telling me that they were out of product opposed to getting my money, then telling, there is nothing to be done about it. Horrible management, they ALWAYS take forever to bring out food and ALWAYS mess up the orders. They've NEVER gotten my order right. I saw a girl in there sneeze and being on her phone WHILE making sandwiches. DISGUSTING. They have nats/fruit flies flying eevveerryywwhheerree in the store and everyone complains and every time I go there they haven't done anything about the bugs. Also, the only thing I liked about this location was a certain young lady that doesn't work there anymore, I guess, but she provided amazing service and she was the only reason I kept going back there. My boyfriend and I visit here often, and we've always had good experiences until today. We ordered to-go, and he picked it up on his way home. When he got home he realized they hadn't given us our chips or drinks that we had paid for. When I called to let them know, or see if they could bring them to us because we live right across the street, and I frequently see their delivery car, the employee Kaitlyn (spelling?) that I talked with wasn't exactly helpful. And then when I asked to talk to a manager, I could hear them laughing together in the background. This was very unprofessional, and while I love the food, I'm not sure if we'll visit this location again because of the way they handled my complaint.
