Here is one story. Yesterday I took my Service Dog and 4 year old grandson to Benny's pizza. As I immediately walked in the "owner" Jerry shouted at me from behind the counter that I'm not allowed to enter with my dog. My service dog was wearing his vest and I'm a Disabled Vet. This individual continued the the rhetoric, stating that he doesn't care what the laws are he doesn't want my dog in there. I stated that this is a trained service dog and I'm a DV. He went on to say he will deny me. When I began to record he got really angry, scaring my dog and grandson whom is 4 yo. When I insisted that he serve me he held his ground and told me to call law enforcement. I continued to state that it is against the law for him to do this to us. Jerry( the older male) then told me to have my grandson and dog wait outside. I was in absolute shock because my grandbaby is 4yo. When I questioned his requests he stated....well he is old enough to wait outside with the dog, isn't he? I looked at him with disbelief and told him he was four years old! He went back and fourth denying his words then reiterating them. It's all on video. Finally, he agreed to serve us but stating that it will take him 30 minutes to warm up one slice of pizza for my grandson and I it was around 11 o'clock'ish and we were the only ones in the restaurant. I responded with .... Oh really? Then I'll wait and document this Sir, no worries. I also said I know how long it takes to warm a slice up or even make a new pizza and told him his behaviors are so very wrong. I sat down with my grandson and waited about 5-10 mins for my slice. The other gentleman there stayed neutral and called me when the slice was ready. My service dog stayed at my feet lying on the floor the entire time, he caused no problems. In fact, another couple came in and asked if they could pet him and I brought him to them and they enjoyed the interaction. My grandson said to me while sitting at the table.... Grandma, tbat man is mean! He was shaken and I taught him a life lesson on standing your ground when you are in the right.

Racca's actually had availability and shocked us with their fabulous food and warm atmosphere. We never expected such incredible Italian food in sweet little Casper. Fast forward to tonight, where once again we stayed in Casper after a Thanksgiving in Montana, and finally got to re-visit Racca's. It has got to be some of the best pizza I've ever had! The service is also perfect, with knowledgeable waitstaff who are proud of their establishment and give you the delicious details of why their food is so, so good. Do yourself a favor and come here, any time, any day, and try anything on the menu. Casper is very fortunate to have such a gem.

Calls route to a call center, which then, if possible, they route to the store. They do not answer their phone as much as they should. Otherwise, they're alright. When I went and physically explained my issue, they gladly remade my pizza, and gave me an extra dip/sauce/salsa. Just be patient with them and they'll fix your order. Also, do not communicate through whatever delivery service they happen to use. They will not fix your order using that route. Again, the pizza was delicious. It arrived really fast. The delivery driver went above and beyond and was so kind. Be sure to tip your drivers well! Oh, and if your order states how much it is, not only do they add tax, there are other "fees" that they charge that they have no business charging. And it doesn't even go to the driver. They say the tips do, however, go to the driver, so tip the driver well. In the special directions, type "double check order for accuracy!" Because that is on the driver to check. This place has a drive-thru, there is no lobby access after some point in the evening. But it seemed like it had only one minor step up to enter the lobby. There is disabled parking. One exit from the parking lot can be pretty frustrating, the other seems a little easier to navigate out of. And that's all I've got to say. Good pizza! Pricey, but good. Also high top tables for 4/6/8 available on the bar side or you can just sit at the very large bar that's three sided with 60 seats. The bar side is full of TVs. And generally has music videos as well as sports on. After getting seated by your hostess, expect you will get a great experience from your server as they take pride in training their staff very well here and I've never had a bad experience with a server in probably 20/25 visits here. The menu is a little all over the place now there are some interesting and tasty appetizers. The cheese logs and the fried green tomatoes seem to be most people's favorite appetizers. The chicken wings are pretty good though there are limited flavors available. They do an amazing happy hour menu with great appetizer deals as well as good drink deals if you have the opportunity to stop in during this time of day. I think where they shine is with their burgers. I've had some very delicious burgers there. I've also had good Italian type food with their rigatoni , manicotti and their Stromboli's. Their pizza used to be really excellent. And now it's a little hit and miss depending on which type you get. They have their own woodfired pizza Grill, which has the potential to make amazing crust. However, they tend to get ratios of cheese and meats a little off sometimes. The bison chili and the duck gumbo are both pretty good. It's not traditional Cajun gumbo but it's still a pretty delicious soup. I've had a few bad soups here, including the beer cheese and some of the other cheese soups, which were not completely cooked down and were gritty with flour base still noticeable. The fried fish is also a stand out dish that they do. And a lot of people really like their steaks and steak salad. Overall, this is a great place to bring your family or a large group of friends or even a elegant birthday party. You know you'll get taken really good care of and other than it's more on the expensive side you know exactly what you're gonna get every time highly recommended and if you're getting a cocktail, I recommend the huckleberry Mojito. Recommended.
