Every time I gonto Hamburger Stand, I always greet a friendly face. They get my orders correct, even when overwhelmed with customers. They are sweet to dogs, offering pup cups. Just really kind, hardworking place. And the food is not crazy expensive. I can feed my family of four for around $60 or less. read more

On 11/04/25 @ 10:13 pm receipt CHK 465 I went to Hamburger stand after being discharged from hospital. I craved from HB. I spent almost $20 on food for garbage cast outs. Hamburger Stand is in Casper, Wy. east side. I live in Casper WEST SIDE. I used the drive through. I got home and digged in. A Major Disappointment. The food was mildly warm but old and dry. It looked like it had been sitting on their grill for sometime. My mom got sick the rest of the night and only took one bite. I tried calling HB to rectify, but no answer as they just let it ring. I already knew how this was going to turn out from another like experience a year ago. The next day I didn't call and didn't leave my house. The following day out running errands I stopped in to request replacement or refund. The manager was obnoxious, rude and told me that time of night was close to closing time, that it was two days ago, i i should have come yesterday, and that "we answer our phones" further saying he was not going to do anything about it. The employees took notice of his anger and yelling and stood by speechless. I told him I am 62 years old disabled, I live on the west side of town and I wasn't going to drive there only just for complaint. I was flabbergasted this is the way this business does business. I've bull-horned my entire church and extended family to boycott Hamburger Stand, they agreed. I can't imagine this manger who's name evades me right now a tall slender man with blond hair. I'll NEVER go here again and my new purpose is to exploit this nasty man I, being a former manager of Carl Karcher Ent. California's Carl's Jr. Visalia, California. I know that Hamburger patties are grilled and set aside to enable a charbroiler/grill team to jumpstart to clean the fryers to cool down. The fries by they way were cold and old dried out as well. This manager definitely needs to understand that with intimidation and without his customers, there is no need to keep it's doors open, but perhaps better boarded up. HB used to be a great place to eat and well worth the money under other management. I'm going to be real with you guys ... I'm fat and order out a lot. This was one of the worst fast food places I've ever eaten. Fries are thin, soggy, and undercooked. Burger is about the thinness of McDonald's but super dry. I got a root beer float (I'm fat, remember!?) and it was about 90% root beer, 10% float. It's cheap so if you're REALLY strapped for cash, go for it. But I'd rather drive through ANY other fast food joint. read more

Maybe it's just me who didn't realize, but this is Weinerschnitzel. When we walked in, I asked the cashier what was good or what he recommended and he just stared at me. I'm sure he is new, as there was another employee standing right next to him, and the other employee answered me and was super nice and helpful. We ordered and received our food. I once in a while have been going here when in the move for a burger, this is obviously a fast food place but they have some additional items on the menu that other places don't have. It's getting harder and harder to ignore how run down and greasy it feels on the inside, but it is easier now to stay away since they now also charge .50 cents for a side of ranch for your $4 onion rings. read more

I didn't grow up eating hamburger stand and was always curious. After three years of trying it, I still have mixed reviews of the food selection and quality. Most of my experiences have been drive through and they are always friendly and have had 100% accuracy with my order being fulfilled. I love the Weinershizel hot dogs, the fries, flavored lemonades, and most of all the messy, filthy, super yummy chili cheese burgers. The regular burgers have always disappointed. They do have daily specials on ice cream and always have burger/package specials. The inside is totally 1980's, which is fine, but I'd rather eat my mess in the car. They do have breakfast, but the 4-5 things I've tried, never again. If you like chili, thin hot fries, ice cream or dry over cooked burgers you've found your spot. read more

Watch out they like to charge full price for items on sale and when you point it out they act like it is your fault cause you some how ordered wrong. If I order I ordered 4 chili dogs yes I want the deal on the first three I shouldn't have to ask. Tried multiple time to address this issue with corporate evidently they like it that way cause we never have gotten a respond. So watch your receipt. read more

It's a Wienerschnitzel under a different name. Same burgers, same hotdogs, same fries. I give it two stars because it's clean, most of the servers were friendly and the food was filling and cheap. I was really surprised with this restaurant. We literally turned into this parking lot at the last second, deciding to try something new. We walk into this restaurant and the interior looked a little outdated, but we found out later on that would only add to the enjoyment of the meal. We ordered our food, and it was great. The food is pretty good for how cheap it is. You can get a good sized meal for just a few bucks. The mushroom burger is really good. And you cant go wrong with a couple corn dogs and an ice cream cone which is what I usually get. The french fries are not in my top ten list though. I usually skip their fries.
