A bug crawled out my sandwich in the middle of eating just unwrapped it about halfway of eating the first one I saw crawl out of the other

I recently had a sub at Jersey Mike's. It was amazing. I had them toast the bread which made it even better. The roast beef and cheese. We're like the real thing. They also had the freshest, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions of any sub shop I've been in lately. I would highly recommend giving them a try! read more

Very dirty, every table and seat was dirty, nothing was wiped off. Trash can was overflowing and could not throw anything away. We asked if they could wipe a table, and the worker handed us a wet rag to do it ourselves. The restrooms were even far more disgusting. In the men's was vomit all over the place, and who knows how long it was like that, I had to just walk back out. When we walked in their was 4 employees and one prior guest leaving plenty of time and staff to simply wipe surfaces a bit. read more

I've been a very satisfied and regular customer until today. I ordered online as I usually do and when I got there to pick it up I had several of them look at me but not a one acknowledged me in spite of the fact that there were three people just walking and standing around. After several other people had been helped I finally asked if I could pick up my order, it's sitting right there. I was FINALLY noticed and told "oh yeah sure". This is very disappointing as they are usually great. I'm not sure at this point if I will be back. read more

I travel alot and eat in alot of sandwich shops. Always like to change it up when I can so tried this out. Don't remember the exact name of the sandwich I had but it was an Italian style and I had it Mike's way, very tasty. Will stop in here again. read more

Very cramped space, sticky floors, dirty tables, rude staff. I was completely disgusted and pretty much lost my appetite when I watched the girl take a log of baloney to the slicer, then a brick of cheese, then salami, then Turkey and then another cheese for a vegetarian sandwich. With no wipe or cleaning between sandwiches let alone meats and cheeses. There was a pile of meat mush collecting at the base of the slicer. When the girl noticed me watching and looking disgusted at the pile, she shrugged her shoulders and asked me what I wanted. I was proud of myself for not saying a health dept check!! I ended up ordering the cheese steak as it seemed to have the least to do with the slicer. I asked for the onions and peppers to be cooked a little longer. Steak was overcooked and bland, veggies were burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. I thought the price was a little high for mediocre food, rude employees and dirty dining area. I honestly don't know why there is a line for this place!! And now theres a new one opened right next to Jimmy John's, I'll happily go there and avoid the line!! read more

Great subs that are usually packed rather than skimped. You can get some grilled sandwiches like the chicken philly or the philly steak. Otherwise it's mainly cold sandwiches. There are wraps and subs. There's not much to choose to put on your sandwich veggie wise, it's not subway but their meat and cheese are freshly shaved onto your sandwich and full of flavor. Not much seating area and if they're busy, it can be quite the wait time. Great place to get a sandwich though and their bacon is crispy. read more

Worst customer service ever. My husband and I went through the drive through and asked if they made a philly and mushroom sub in a tub. The guy said they did and then confirmed we wanted mushrooms. Then we pulled forward and were given a sub with bread. We nicely asked for the sub in a tub we ordered as I cannot have the bread. They sent us out a tub. Upon opening it they skipped the meat and there was a hair in the inside lid. I went through the drivethrogh again and politely mentioned there was no meat. I explained we must have had a miscommunication as we originally asked for a Philly with mushrooms. The gentleman was argumentative and said he gave us what we ordered and he couldn't help us. Then he asked if I wanted to pay for another order? I explained to him I just wanted what I ordered. He argued again saying we got what we ordered and told me just to pull forward. He never explained why I was pulling forward and at this point I didn't trust that he wouldn't spit in my food. I explained that after his confrontational argumentative remarks I don't feel comfortable and told him I was just going to leave. I never even mentioned the hair in the lid of my box. This is so unlike Jersey Mikes. Totally unprofessional and gross. I'm not the type to leave reviews but this was such a awful experience. I wasted my time and money. read more

I've never visited jersey mikes before, but now that I have I definitely do not regret it. The cheese steak was absolutely delicious

Ordered online and loved that it gave options to customize your sandwich. However, it made zero difference in the actual order. We ordered the Big Kahuna Steak Sandwich. We asked for no onions and no green peppers. It was also supposed to come with red peppers and we indicated on the order that we still wanted red peppers. The sandwich had no peppers at all and it had a ton of onions on it. I would not use the online ordering system next time I go and see if actual communication on the phone will make a difference. Otherwise, after picking all of the onions off, the sandwich was pretty good. read more

So good!! My favorite is the tuna sub in a tub... Mike's way! Fun to say :-) Usually very very busy but the line moves along pretty fast. They have great customer service and the employees are clean! That's a huge deal!! read more

Slow and rude. The guy taking my order was very unhelpful and seemed irritated to even take my order. I was the only person that ordered a sandwich, no one before or after me even in line, and it still took over 10 mins to build my sandwich. Then it came out and was slopped together. Came here for the first time tonight. I tried once before but the line was out the door! It was a nice family run business. They were helpful at helping us through the menu and made some suggestions. I thought it was very fairly priced, and by far the best subs I have had in casper. I think this will be my new favorite spot. I just wish it was on the east side! read more

A new chain in town, and it delivers good sandwiches. Just be prepared for a bit of await during peak times, or if you order a hot sandwich. I would recommend ordering online to pick up if you are in a rush. read more

First off, I've tried 5 of their subs and liked everything I've tried. However, we bought linch for the guys in our shop and the manager's customer service is far from being on par with the flavor of their sandwiches. We tried to call our order for 10 subs in and 10:15 and had to leave a voicemail. At 10:45, fearing we wouldn't be able to pick up our food by 11:40, in had to call again. The manager informed us that they do not take call in/online orders and it holds up the other customers' sammies. He told us we had to come in and stand in line like everyone else, so we came in about 11:20 and finishing paying at 11:33 for our (10) philly cheese steaks. While we waited for our sandwiches, we saw at least 6 other people get their hot subs. The manager explained that he was okay with our sandwiches getting passed over as long as everyone else kept moving along. While the statement was ridiculous, it could've been avoided all together if he would've let us call ahead. The manager's ignorance is without end. read more
