I just got a McFlurry at McDonald's on Plaza Dr. it had four chunks of plastic (that I know of) in it. I called to make them aware and all they said was, "do you want a replacement?" I said "no, I called to inform you." and the lady on the phone couldn't have cared less. So please be careful if you or your child orders a McFlurry, milk shake, etc. from McDonald's on the West side of Casper. These would have been very easy to shallow and choke on. read more

A single review to question an isolated incident. I love McDonald's milkshakes.....And waiting for the occasional limit time flavors. Shamrock shake I buy two every time I go. One to enjoy instantly and one for the freezer. I can enjoy Shamrock shakes for a few more months. However, WOW, the new grandma's shake is out of this world great !! I've gone several times, and I've got a good many in the freezer. This takes me to the reason for this review. Given the price of these little life treats, I do expect to receive the quantity of what I pay for. Example: Order and pay for large fries and receive small fries. My purchase of four grandma's shakes yesterday was nothing short of , taking my breath away as if I were sucker punched...... especially because I was buying these shakes to give to people ....A sweet gesture to show appreciation for their kindness. I did not give them to anyone.... it would have been very embarrassing. The cups were only like 80% full. Prices have doubled, and now, I only get 80%. ? read more

Newer modern styled McDonalds with video game console for kids and nice fireplace. No kids play land. Lots of nice seating and drive thru here is fast most of the time. Otherwise it's like every other location food wise. read more

They said their soft serve machine was broken so we couldn't get it, but they gave the people in line behind us soft serve.

We've been to McDonalds in 7 states over the last 3 weeks on our vacation and his was the ONLY location that would not allow us to come inside to order. We were pulling a huge trailer and could not go through the drive through. This location lacks the ability to extend even an iota of methods to serve their customers. Even other locations in Casper are open. Then the attitudes. Ridiculous. Skip this location. They stink. Looks like all THREE locations in Casper have bad reviews on Yelp. Hmm. Maybe they are all owned by the same inferior operator? read more

I was in there on 10/14/2019 I asked the price on sausage muffin they have been advertising at $1.00 for a week or so they charged me $1.88. When I said something she told me they must not have updated the pricing. What a rip off TV has been saying these were the $1.00. I will never go back to that rip off place again. read more

1230 today young guy struggling on spring break with taking orders and then got rude asking what everyone order in the family which any family of 4 people know the dad with the wallet doesn't know any of the orders except his and whipping out the money. I had to ask to see the receipt and tell him how many drinks we needed as he keep giving more and more attitude. Being an adult in the presents of adolescent teenage attitude isn't how I thought taking my family to lunch would be today, even worse manager was next to him not even paying attention so in a way condoning his behavior, being from retail I fault the manager more then him. The ice cream cone was fine. However, that was the only thing that was fine from this place. Service was slow... 15 minutes for 2 coffees, a cone, and 2 pies. The pies that were offered had since been expired. A restaurant that has been globalized serves expired food? No thank you. We had asked for black coffee and creamers on the side. Both coffees had cream. We then asked for new coffee and the young man at the counter explained he did not know where the cream was in the restaurant. Once the young man located the cream, we were provided with a morsel of what was to be expected. There was no apology and nothing offered for forgotten items. Overall, this McDonald's needs to pick it up big time. read more

This is a good MC Donald's. It's usually clean. The one thing I have noticed that needs to be done is putting a yield sign next to the drive up window where the food comes out. I lost count on How many times the vehicles that start leaving the window , do not look to see if anyone is coming by them on the right. I'm just waiting for a vehicle to get side wiped. read more
