    Ice on the English Muffin.

I paid 25 on my order and got a frozen muffin. At first I thought my food just cold but I realized they did not cook it well after waiting 4 minutes.

This is my first visit inside, place is nice. Waited a short time and there was a trainee at the counter. I ordered a black coffee and my wife ordered a Lavender Fog tea latte They did not have the tea as it was promotional. There was a man behind me that was returning his "earful" coffee and this had them all wound up. After taking my order I paid, she handed me my coffee and stood there. I asked her, we done? She says yes, sorry. This was not the trainee. Never said the or asked name. Wife's drink needed up being a blackberry tea she loved, my coffee was bitter and horrible.

Great coffee shop chain! Much better than another more known coffee shop from the Pacific Northwest. Friendly staff that doesn't appear pretentious or overwhelmed by a basic coffee order or so like many other "baristas" I love the 307 Latte! Brewed coffee is smooth with a clean finish. Lots of variety in upscale items such as bagged coffee and drinkware.

First of all, the coffee is kick a**. Delicious and perfectly prepared. The cold brew is the best I've ever had. Store is super clean and well prepared for social distancing. Masks required, btw. Atmosphere is great and the staff was extremely friendly without being annoying. A superb experience.

A nice coffee chain in Wyoming and Montana. Stopped for a quick light breakfast here in Casper. I ordered the Blueberry muffin and small hot chocolate with whipped cream. It was a hot chocolate with cream in it. The blueberry muffin was sitting in the counter display case. The server warmed up the muffin before serving to me. It was still a little cold in the middle.Overall, it was good even with recovering from dental surgery.

    Flat white. Yummy.

Well, the service is slow. Time between ordering and receiving order is a pretty long wait. But,…read morethe servers do seem nice! So, depending on time of day, be prepared. It is not just a grab and go situation! Also, they could be clearer on prices for things displayed for sale on the shelves. Trying to flag down a server or ask them prices is a hassle for both the customer and the server. Just put a price tag on the corresponding shelf, at least! Their prices for the drinks are about the same as other chain coffee/tea places, maybe a tad bit more expensive (price vs. volume/size options). I am not sure about the food items as I did not have any. It is a wonderful little shop. Good for older couples, or people just wanting to spend time with each other without too many distractions. People who have time to kill and those who just want to chat, face to face. The drinks were pretty good. I had a blended iced caramel macchiato with whip cream. It was really nice. My daughter had a Blue Lotus energy drink with Blue Raspberry flavoring and she really enjoyed it (the menu above the counter doesn't tell you which items use the flavors list, so be sure to just check the flavors list, in case what you decide to get might sound like something you need flavorings for!) Fairly centrally located downtown so a lot of stores are just a jaunt away.

It included 2 orders of rolls, 5 sides, 2 kinds of meat, and 2 desserts. I was assigned a pick up time of 7pm-8pm, they got my order together and shuffled us out the door. When I got home and was unloading my car, I realized they had forgotten one of the rolls. I called them at 7:23pm and asked if I could come back and get them, and they said "well we are only here for 15 minutes so you need to hurry"..... (when we got there, they had tables full of food waiting to get picked up still so not sure why the rude comment about hurrying was necessary. I understand wanting to go home but YOU chose to do a 7-8pm pickup time and YOU forgot part of my order) I didn't receive any printed instructions on reheating/baking but realized later on that other customers had printed instructions so not sure why we didn't get any for our order. I spent $350 and was very disappointed in the meal. The rolls were hard, the sides lacked flavor, the dessert was just okay. Maybe I had my expectations too high after seeing all of the pictures they had posted of the food. What REALLY gets me is the lack of customer service.. the response from the owner on reviews and via email. That alone made me never want to support this business again, and then add in the wasted $350 meal and now I really won't be back. This used to be my favorite place to take my kiddos for Saturday morning donuts but after seeing the owners responses to customers and how I was spoken to on the phone about the forgotten rolls- I'll find a different local business to support.

We have tried several different sandwiches, and the prime rib is delicious. As a family, we always try to get the specials because we love trying new foods, and they never miss. After moving back to Casper from a larger city, I really appreciate the variety of cuisines they offer here. The take home meals are such a win too. They are healthy, delicious, and perfect for busy nights when fast food or a frozen meal feels like the only option. There is always something new, something different, and it is always delicious. If you have not stopped by since they shifted to a more food focused cafe, I cannot encourage you enough to give them a try. I promise you will want to come back. Also, all the sweet treats here are great as a sweet tooth connoisseur. Their legit take on the viral chocolate in a tart is a 10 out of 10. And the coffee bar is really good. My husband gives the coffee a gold star, which is not given lightly. I am really picky about matcha, iykyk, and they actually use real matcha. Easily the best matcha latte in town. They also have honestly great prices for coffee drinks. Lastly, again, support local and totally put Grant St. on your map as a regular stop for meals and caffeine pick me ups.
