I am rating purely on two things: service, and product. I have never been inside, only drive-thru. Every time that I have went to this coffee spot (I believe they have some food items?) I have come away smiling! First, the service. The service is always top-notch. The servers at the window have all been colorful, warm, interesting and conversational characters! And not only do they talk to me like a human and they seem genuinely happy to see me, they treat my old boy like he's a citizen, too. He gets a pup-cup every time, and he get the choice between whip cream or ice cream, with a little doggie treat in it (of course he does, he's a dog). He gets excited every time I go there because he knows he'll be seen, given a special treat, and be talked to (he loves attention, food, and just generally being spoiled). My drink is always the same, so I am not sure of other choices, and I never order the food (a bit too pricey for me) but my drink is the pumpkin caramel latte (I think, haha) with extra caramel and a helping of whip cream on top. SO good. I am glad that I listened to the server's suggestion and tried it. So sweet and so tasty! Between the cool and oh so interesting servers and the quality drink every time, as well as the first class treatment of my old boy, I gotta give this place five stars. Maybe one day I'll be able to stop and go inside but I am always on the go, and I usually have my old boy. Keep up the good work, y'all. I placed an online order and when I went to get it nobody looked up or even acknowledged that I walked in the door. I waited for quite a while and nobody talked to me, asked for a name or anything. I have nothing bad to say. I got a blue raspberry charger and it was amazing. They are done with plant based energy!!! The service was fast not longer than 8 minutes. The place is beautiful. The seating the private seating and the modern decor. Overall love the place and I don't even like coffee. The prices aren't that bad at all. read more

My favorite coffee shop in Casper. Love the cold brew coffee and my wife can't get enough of their huckleberry green tea frappe. The inside atmosphere is very cozy and inviting. It's kept well cleaned and I always find the staff to be friendly and helpful if curious what's in whatever their promotional special is at the time. This is my first visit inside, place is nice. Waited a short time and there was a trainee at the counter. I ordered a black coffee and my wife ordered a Lavender Fog tea latte They did not have the tea as it was promotional. There was a man behind me that was returning his "earful" coffee and this had them all wound up. After taking my order I paid, she handed me my coffee and stood there. I asked her, we done? Been meaning to try this place instead of Starbucks and finally got around to it. There were quite a lot of cars in the drive thru and it took a while but no biggie. Decided on the local latte as well as a ham and cheese souffle. I liked the latte but it is definitely overly sweet and I consider myself to have a big sweet tooth. The souffle was just alright and I would probably not get it again although the other food items look pretty good. I also noticed a cookie butter cold brew which I really want to try so I'll probably be back to try some of the other items on the menu. read more

Great coffee shop chain! Much better than another more known coffee shop from the Pacific Northwest. Friendly staff that doesn't appear pretentious or overwhelmed by a basic coffee order or so like many other "baristas" I love the 307 Latte! Brewed coffee is smooth with a clean finish. Lots of variety in upscale items such as bagged coffee and drinkware. read more

First of all, the coffee is kick a**. Delicious and perfectly prepared. The cold brew is the best I've ever had. Store is super clean and well prepared for social distancing. Masks required, btw. I went to City Brew on January 6, 2024, in the morning and ordered regular coffee with cream and sugar. What I experienced was some strange-tasting coffee that tasted like it had some kind of flavored cream in it. I went to the service counter and asked for a replacement and the (what I assumed was the manager) told me sometimes the coffee beans come infused with maple or sugar. I have been drinking coffee all my adult life, (I am 70 years old now) and I assure you, this was not regular coffee with regular cream and sugar. The manager seemed to have quite an attitude and was rude in her action. I will not be purchasing coffee here again. read more

A nice coffee chain in Wyoming and Montana. Stopped for a quick light breakfast here in Casper. I ordered the Blueberry muffin and small hot chocolate with whipped cream. It was a hot chocolate with cream in it. The blueberry muffin was sitting in the counter display case. The server warmed up the muffin before serving to me. It was still a little cold in the middle.Overall, it was good even with recovering from dental surgery. read more

Avoid this place if possible.......... The coffee was horrible. We ordered two different lattes and both tasted like dishwater. Definitely the worst coffee I have ever had. Starbucks which is just ok in my opinion is much much better than this place. read more

Drive thru while husband was at an appointment. I ordered my usual iced latte with an xtra shot and hazelnut (same drink I've order for years from multi places). I could tell right away from coloring it was weak. Barista said it for sure had 3 shots, but offered to add another if I wanted. I tasted first to see if it needed another shot or not. The coffee itself tasted weak and stale so I passed on the offer of another shot. Coffee, for me, is about the bean. I like it full flavored, bold, and rich. All the other stuff in that coffee is just the icing on top. I am always surprised how many coffee places there are that don't focus on the foundation of a good cup of coffee, the beans. Rant over. Weird review, but be careful with your cup. The lids are VERY flimsy. It's better to think of your coffee not having a lid. I bought two coffees this week and both of them popped open because I squeezed the cup too hard. The first spilled everywhere. This doesn't happen at any other restaurant for me... read more

Oatmeal Raisin cookie was huge, but burnt--only the center wasn't crunchy and gross tasting. Got a small hot chocolate with whipped cream at same time, guess what?!? - tasted like the milk in it had been burned.
