I have come away smiling! First, the service. The service is always top-notch. The servers at the window have all been colorful, warm, interesting and conversational characters! And not only do they talk to me like a human and they seem genuinely happy to see me, they treat my old boy like he's a citizen, too. He gets a pup-cup every time, and he get the choice between whip cream or ice cream, with a little doggie treat in it (of course he does, he's a dog). He gets excited every time I go there because he knows he'll be seen, given a special treat, and be talked to (he loves attention, food, and just generally being spoiled). My drink is always the same, so I am not sure of other choices, and I never order the food (a bit too pricey for me) but my drink is the pumpkin caramel latte (I think, haha) with extra caramel and a helping of whip cream on top. SO good. I am glad that I listened to the server's suggestion and tried it. So sweet and so tasty!
