Disappointed in the Thanksgiving Take & Bake that I purchased. Let's start at the beginning. I…read morepurchased Tier 2 which was food for up to 20 people. It included 2 orders of rolls, 5 sides, 2 kinds of meat, and 2 desserts. I was assigned a pick up time of 7pm-8pm, they got my order together and shuffled us out the door. When I got home and was unloading my car, I realized they had forgotten one of the rolls. I called them at 7:23pm and asked if I could come back and get them, and they said "well we are only here for 15 minutes so you need to hurry"..... (when we got there, they had tables full of food waiting to get picked up still so not sure why the rude comment about hurrying was necessary. I understand wanting to go home but YOU chose to do a 7-8pm pickup time and YOU forgot part of my order) I didn't receive any printed instructions on reheating/baking but realized later on that other customers had printed instructions so not sure why we didn't get any for our order. I spent $350 and was very disappointed in the meal. The rolls were hard, the sides lacked flavor, the dessert was just okay. Maybe I had my expectations too high after seeing all of the pictures they had posted of the food. What REALLY gets me is the lack of customer service.. the response from the owner on reviews and via email. That alone made me never want to support this business again, and then add in the wasted $350 meal and now I really won't be back. This used to be my favorite place to take my kiddos for Saturday morning donuts but after seeing the owners responses to customers and how I was spoken to on the phone about the forgotten rolls- I'll find a different local business to support.

And, since I am a connoisseur of tomato basil bisque soup. I had to go back and give it a try. I have had tomato basil bisque and tomato soup all over the world. Their tomato basil bisque was outstanding. I would give it 10 stars. It was creamy with lovely tomato flavor and very little acidity taste. Unfortunately, it will be awhile before I am back in WY. But, I do look forward to it and trying smoother one of their amazing soups. May God bless their business in 2026 and the knowledge of their soups make it around the world.

Possibly the WORST Subway I've ever been to…read more When we walked up to the counter, no one was there. There were foot-long sandwiches stacked up everywhere on the glass and no one to be found. The chip racks were nearly empty. They only had two options. There was a young girl working the store and when she finally appeared, we were met with serious attitude! Incredibly rude, short and annoyed with our presence. She never said more than 4 words to us the entire interaction and the few words she did say were laced with attitude. I asked for the new All Pro Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich. She proceeded to slam things around and completely mutilated my sandwich. Zero effort to keep the sandwich in tact or even recognizable. I tried to tell her what veggies I was wanting but she stacked my sandwich and wrapped it up without letting me speak. She moved on to my husband's Italian sandwich with which she had to pry the frozen meat apart piece by piece. Again, everything we said was met with an insane amount of attitude and irritation. They had cases of cokes that had leaked everywhere stacked by the counter. They left sticky coke residue all of the floor that looked like it had been there for a while. The whole restaurant was filthy, including the glass covering the food. Overall, it was a awful experience from the service, to the food and the state of the restaurant. Would not recommend stopping here. Overall, the experience was awful.
