Food was OK but next time I would skip the meat on my Bowl and have the beans. Was very expensive and every single table was dirty. I had to wet down some napkins myself to wash the table before we sat down. Two employees just went out to vape as soon as the line of customers cleared. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a QDOBA! The service was slow, inaccurate; the rice was inedible and they ran out of jalopenos, limes and Cotija cheese.We waited in line forever, while quite a few teenage employees stood around doing nothing. When I did finally get to order, a different employee took my bowl with chicken and rice and used it to complete an online order instead. Finally the only employee who seemed like he knew what he was doing, took my order and completed it in order to get the line moving again. They had run out of quite a few ingredients. They skimped on what ingredients they still had and worst of all, the rice was not cooked. It was crunchy and inedible. I do not recommend this QDOBA. I will never eat there ever again. read more

How this place has 3 stars is actually mind-boggling. I stopped in to get my 14 yr old son a chicken burrito. You'd think by now he'd know what decent food is....but alas. I was actually greeted promptly.....unlike other visits....but the final product....wow. To give it a grade of mediocre would be overdoing it. You ask for rice and you get 2 heaping scoops....ask for chicken and you get 1/2 a scoop. Heaping servings of all the other fillers though. Just call it a filler burrito with chicken seasoning. And all of this (with no chips or drink) for almost $13. Inflation has been bad....I get it....but that's robbery. Plenty of mom and pop Mexican places in town to get twice the food for half the costs. My son has been informed that he will no longer be dining at this place, unless he wants to pay for it himself....and he doesn't have any money. read more

The employees were super friendly and helpful with our order. The food was great and we loved how they don't charge extra for what is premium ingredients at similar restaurants. The ambiance was great with decorations for Christmas and a special table to honor the fallen troops. read more

I paid over $20 for a bowl. I placed my order over the phone, they said it would be ready in 5 mins. The worker assembled the bowl when I got there and didn't even fill the bottom. If I'm paying $25 for food you better put $25 worth of food. If you are hungry, skip this place and go somewhere where they fill up your bowl. read more

When I first walked in the reaction was... "oh f*** there's another one" muttered under the workers breath. I had to wait an EXCESSIVE amount of time until a young lady came out looking like she had cried... still sniffling. Never been more awkward in my life. She started the conversation with an informal, "What do you want??" She proceeded to talk a million miles an hour but still somehow making no small talk and asking no questions in the process. So this place is like the chipotle/freebirds of the north. I've heard of them, but I've never stopped in one until now. I got the burrito. Actually...I put so much stuff in there the guy had to double wrap the burrito so it wouldn't burst! I got all the fixings, tried most of the sauces. It was pretty good, but like most things in the north, it lacked the spice/flavor of the places in the south. Not saying this is a bad thing, I'm just saying. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY and ENERGY EATING HERE!!! We went into this location Saturday evening. They were not busy, but ALL of the tables were filthy, AND all of the staff, 6-8 of them were goofing off, cutting up and acting very unprofessional. We had to wait for them to grill steak, keep in mind they were NOT busy, so we had to wait 10 minutes for them to cook it, and so did all two other people behind us, even though they ordered chicken. Once we got our food, we headed to the cashier, the kid never made eye contact, never said hi, never confirmed what we ordered and never asked us if there was anything else we wanted. Instead, he continued to talk and joke with his co-workers. Again, this entire time, nobody made any attempt to clean. A single table. Once we paid, we looked for a table semi clean, but there was nothing. I let the cashier know and his response was, "what do you want me to do?" My response was, "maybe clean a table for us?!" His response was, "you want me to clean a table for you?". I just stood there looking at him. I was in complete shock he said that. My husband shouted at him , "YES, YOU!" He did a half-assed job, and only cleaned one table. If someone is going to staff an entire establishment with teenagers, PLEASE make sure ONE of them is capable of making decisions and able to control his staff, otherwise, close the store until you can re-train your staff or hire responsible people. read more

Food is assembled in front of you in a subway style assembly line so you get what you want. Highly recommended to cater your event. The owner is highly involved in the business and makes sure everyone is pleased. They have a pick your combo soda machine which is fun. Bad service and spoiled, stale chips. This is a one star review compared to other QDOBAs and similar restaurants, not some fancy expensive place. I walked in and the one staff member started putting on gloves... to make her own food. A bit later another staff member put on gloves and just looked at me. I said I'd take a burrito, which he then started making.... Half way through he decided to find the sour cream I had not asked for instead of finishing my burrito... Finally I paid and he bagged up everything. On the way out I was literally tripping over trash in the restaurant. When I went to eat the chips and guacamole I got, the chips were clearly stale and the oil on them had the distinctive spoiled smell. This was literally the worst QDOBA I have ever seen. read more

We stopped here on our way to South Dakota and boy am I glad that we did! The service was friendly and accommodating. The young man was happy to put our chips on the side for our nachos, gave us samples of the spicy question, and just generally was a pleasant fellow. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was upkept as well. The food was delicious, crisp chips, hot queso, freshness with every bite. This establishment is doing a great job. The girl had issues manually putting my debit card in cause it's damaged and doesn't slide and after my card declined I told her she more than likely typed it in wrong in a friendly manner and she was very rude and said "She wasn't stupid" then the manager came up and was just as rude to the point where I left to go eat somewhere else. I went to five guys across the parking lot and my card worked there. I definitely wouldn't recommend going there for the horrible customer service until they can hire new staff who are intelligent and capable enough to read numbers off a card correctly. read more

My two daughters were just in the East side store and the help was completely rude to them!!!! They didn't allow them to finish ordering what they wanted from the hot side before they moved them down to the cold side. One daughter responded to one of the workers by saying...yes Ma'am.... and the worker responded... don't call me ma'am I'm not old! The other worker threw a fork to her when she asked for it. One star knocked off because the ice machine wasn't working. There are two of these in Casper owned by the same person, so I am not sure why only one of them is such a problem. On the East side, they are frequently out of things. Which Happens, but I told the manager that She should post a sign when they are out of things so I do not get all the way down the line before I find out my favorite things are out. She offered to make it right, but I didn't need anything. Then on two following visits, the same thing happens. They were even out of napkins once. The last time I ate there. they were out of three things I wanted, as well as tabasco and napkins. the chicken was burned and tasted like charcoal, and the chips were so salty I had to throw them away. I have some concerns. When you walk into the store on second street you are greeted by a single incompetent employee. When I say "Greeted" I do not mean that he even once made eye contact. Aloof is the word I'm looking for. The menu clearly promotes "Impossible" meat Twice in bold and once again under vegetarian, however was not available for a minimum of 20 minutes which I willingly chose to wait no matter the minor inconvenience. It was at this point I noticed that this employee had not once changed his gloves in this 20 minutes moving from prep table to grill to somewhere in the back. After watching the third and fourth handful of cheese and seventh customer with no change of gloves I chose to leave. Would not recommend for your own safety 0 out of 5 stars. read more

My work place ordered food from here. There was a little mix up getting the order there by 10am. But we phoned it in and a worker named joy took our order over the phone. She was very nice and accommodating. The manager was not nice and told us how inconvenient it was that we put in our order during lunch hour. My family and I have always looked forward to Qdoba whenever we visited Fort Collins or Denver. Now we have a Qdoba in Casper, and how nice is that? For the uninitiated, Qdoba is like Subway, but with Mexican food. (You choose you food items and instruct the prep cooks how to make it to your liking.) I especially like the naked burritos (burrito bowls). Be sure to try the Mexican Gumbo (like a tortilla soup). Awesome! read more

First, my sympathies to the owner on trying to find managers and staff who want to work. I can't imagine the struggle finding people who you can depend on and will represent you well. On 6/19 at Casper East, our food was just fine. However, we look forward to the brewed tea. They accepted our payment for 2 large teas and even reminded us to leave a tip. Then we saw there was no tea, none made. I told the cashier who said she would check. She didn't. I was told they were too busy in back and a manager had called out. I appreciate them making their problems mine. After all, that's what I came in to spend my money for. The cashier then went outside and sat down to text. No one made tea during the time we ate lunch and they kept taking payments for teas! They did offer us some type bottled tea. The dining area was very dirty from either breakfast or the night before.
