This guy is a flat out raciest denying service animals and service to Veterans and their families. This is one of multiple customers. Avoid this place and this owner at all costs. Here is one story. Yesterday I took my Service Dog and 4 year old grandson to Benny's pizza. As I immediately walked in the "owner" Jerry shouted at me from behind the counter that I'm not allowed to enter with my dog. My service dog was wearing his vest and I'm a Disabled Vet. This individual continued the the rhetoric, stating that he doesn't care what the laws are he doesn't want my dog in there. I stated that this is a trained service dog and I'm a DV. He went on to say he will deny me. When I began to record he got really angry, scaring my dog and grandson whom is 4 yo. When I insisted that he serve me he held his ground and told me to call law enforcement. I continued to state that it is against the law for him to do this to us. Jerry( the older male) then told me to have my grandson and dog wait outside. I was in absolute shock because my grandbaby is 4yo. When I questioned his requests he stated....well he is old enough to wait outside with the dog, isn't he? I looked at him with disbelief and told him he was four years old! He went back and fourth denying his words then reiterating them. It's all on video. Finally, he agreed to serve us but stating that it will take him 30 minutes to warm up one slice of pizza for my grandson and I it was around 11 o'clock'ish and we were the only ones in the restaurant. I responded with .... Oh really? Then I'll wait and document this Sir, no worries. I also said I know how long it takes to warm a slice up or even make a new pizza and told him his behaviors are so very wrong. I sat down with my grandson and waited about 5-10 mins for my slice. The other gentleman there stayed neutral and called me when the slice was ready. My service dog stayed at my feet lying on the floor the entire time, he caused no problems. In fact, another couple came in and asked if they could pet him and I brought him to them and they enjoyed the interaction. My grandson said to me while sitting at the table.... Grandma, tbat man is mean! He was shaken and I taught him a life lesson on standing your ground when you are in the right. read more

The pizza here is great, i am torn about this and maybe should have just made it 3 stars but the pizza is really good. My complaint is that the dine in experience is so poor, we came in Saturday 04/19/25 at about 6pm and the place was empty, no greeting, no smiles and zero service, the pizza dining experience is better at Sams Club. Again we will have the pizza in from here again but from delivery, not driving here again for this. read more

Owner displayed abhorrent behavior and denied an elderly and grandson entry for having a vested service animal with them. Asked the grandson to wait outside with the dog. The grandson was four years old. Then told them upon finally seating them that it would take over half hour to 'warm up a slice' of pizza for them when they had just opened! No fresh pizza and a threat of serving old reheated food? How much more inhospitable could one establishment get? This behavior is unacceptable. It is against the law to deny a service animal or even question its owners needs for it. Period. I'll get my pizza elsewhere, where the incredibly expensive ticket price matches the quality of service and staff. read more

AMAZING PIZZA!! The slices are GINORMOUS. It tastes so delicious, I can't say enough good things about this pizza. The service was fast as we did pick up. I can't say much about dining as my bf picked it up. I can't wait to get another Bennys pizza!! read more

Really good and giant pizza slices. The whole pies are great for a party and like 28 inches big. Pricey not for the size.

The pizza is huge. Come hungry for a slice or bring the tribe for the entire pie. It would be a great place to buy from for an office party.

I had to take a couple of stars away. The last 2 times I've ordered pizza, they barely put any toppings on, so this time, I paid the $5 for extra toppings. It was like the same amount! I don't know; I liked Benny's in the beginning, but now it seems like they're starting to gouge people. read more

Stopped here on a recommendation and glad I did! The pizza is good, I'd say 7 out of 10. Seems like homemade crust. The big selling point is the size. The slices are HUGE! Don't bring your Prius to load up a full pizza it won't fit. Here in Wyoming you'll need a truck to take one of these badboys home! The decor is nice inside the restaurant too. At 6$ for a slice it filled me up. Great place to stop on a work lunch. Hope they do well! read more

Food was great. It was fresh and hot straight out of the oven. Worth the wait very reasonably priced.

Benny Montanaro's is still pretty new. Maybe in the first month? We just got a take out pizza. I called around 5:00pm on a Friday night not realizing how busy they were. The earliest pick up I could get was 6:45 but the good news is they were right on time. The pizza is huge, it barely fit in the back seat of my car. It was pretty incredible too. Especially for Casper. I wasn't sure what to expect in the quality/quantity balance but I'm impressed! A whole pie runs about $40 but 2 slices is probably a whole medium pizza in itself. When I went in they had a few extra ingredients that weren't on the menu. Ask about toppings when you call but the garlic mushrooms were great. read more

I am rating this at 3 stars because they ask for tips on their credit card machine for to go orders. Their pizza isn't that great either.

Don't bring the Mini Cooper to bennys if you plan on buying the large pizza for take out...it won't fit. Bring y'all's minivan or truck because the pizza & box are bigger than some of y'all's dreams. With that being said I grew up with bennys back home and never had an issue with the pizza it's always been good! The only thing that's different is the crust isn't as crispy as it is back home but still has that flavor that I love. Definitely a cool little spot to hangout I think they should team up with a brewery or something if they haven't already. read more

Pizza was ok. Service wasnt! I wish they would figure out online ordering. Thier phone issues would be obsolete and the order would be recorded correctly. I'd potentially order again for a child's party as the pizza will feed a gaggle of kids and they don't care how it tastes. read more
