This company services the elevators at my complex. At any given time, at least one of the three elevators is broken. The main elevator (the only one residents can control/access remotely for guests, deliveries, etc) has been down for nearly two MONTHS. The only update our leasing office has provided is that Schindler is waiting on parts to be shipped in 3-4 weeks. Considering how often these elevators go down it is laughable that they claim to not have extra parts on hand. The 3-4 week estimate was provided on March 5. Over one month later and still no working elevator, nor any update from Schindler. Since the leasing office (who is equally useless, unconcerned and unhelpful, but that's for another review) just points fingers & claims this is Schindler's problem, and how freaking exhausted I am from having to go up & down 5-6 flights of stairs to simply check the mail... yeah Schindler, yall are the worst. read more

These people are worthless and provide poor quality repairs. They "fix" the elevator in my building almost every week then it's broken again by the next week. Clearly don't know what they're doing and don't perform regular maintenance to prevent these recurring issues. read more

These folks are so incompetent I don't even know where to start. We took over the management of a building - a simple situation of one property management company swapping out for a another. Not only could they not figure out how to transfer the account, after insisting that we open a new account, they couldn't figure out to stop billing the last account. After literally 5 months of going back and forth trying to sort out how to get billed and on what account number, we're being told that we haven't paid the bill and it's our problem. NO - you are billing 2 accounts and can't figure out how to reconcile it. In addition to the endless billing issues, they're maintenance crew doesn't communicate and skipped over the one item we asked them to and now have to come back. and of course, they want to bill US for that mistake too. We're taking our business elsewhere. read more

The local office is kind of hard to get a hold of. I'm not sure if they are just extremely busy and understaffed, or what. They are nice and helpful when you do get a hold of them but I've had more trouble than good working with them for our business. read more

Not very prompt and just not a good company for elevators. Service is poor as well. My apartment contracts with them for our elevators and our elevators have been down for 3 weeks now. I live on the 6th floor and my car is parked in the basement 2 parking. Gotta walk 8 floors for my car Everytime. They said the elevator would be fixed by the end of the first week yet it's not and they only come by like once or twice a week. Very frustrating company to deal with. Tl;dr don't use this company for elevator services. It will cause you more trouble than they are worth. Hope they go out of business soon. read more
