The elevator is constantly out of service, making upper-level units virtually inaccessible for extended periods. What's worse is the complete lack of accountability--no calls returned, no updates, not even a courtesy message to tenants explaining the issue. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark with no support. A storage facility should offer reliability and communication--this place offers neither.

He has chops as both a guitarist as well as an engineer. He knows Nuendo inside and out, he knows his mics inside and out, he knows his outboard gear inside and out, and he knows his room inside and out. Guitarists who are finicky about tone need not look any further than him. He'll get you there. Second, he listened to exactly what I wanted before we recorded. I tend to be a fan of very minimally recorded songs. I like to record with no EQ or reverb. I love the idea of mixing with the mics, setting them up to get the optimal sound first. Jason listened very patiently about this aesthetic and helped me achieve it. Third, he works HARD for you. He is a ridiculously hard worker, stopping at nothing to make sure that you are satisfied with what you have. Fourth, he is flexible. Want to record all analog? Jason can do it.
