The techs that come out are friendly and appear to be knowledgeable - yet the elevator continues to entrap and shutdown. It's been about two months and I will only update this review if their management will actually have a face-to-face meeting at this point. We are a 55+ community without a working elevator.

The elevator is constantly out of service, making upper-level units virtually inaccessible for extended periods. What's worse is the complete lack of accountability--no calls returned, no updates, not even a courtesy message to tenants explaining the issue. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark with no support. A storage facility should offer reliability and communication--this place offers neither.
