This company is A++ in all categories: +Communication clear & authentic w/ level set on expectations & request for pictures where needed to provide an accurate quote +Quality was outstanding. +Cost was LESS than expected. Prices are PERFECT! +Human green Flag off the chart! Owner & co-worker are AMAZING humans The owner named the company after his son. I love that. He also mentors youth to help increase the younger gens in the electric trade; so PURE. I have Anxiety & Adult ADHD and I am just getting to the point of publicly stating this (as if everyone around me didn't know for years). The Yelp community has helped me deal with the forced contractor interactions because after all, the home improvements HAVE to get done. Knowing you have a solid, reputable contractor by a huge group of the YELP community takes a lot of that anxiety away. I researched Bear here on Yelp & the company was even BETTER than the 5 star reviews. I had overslept due to said anxiety keeping me up until 4am the night before. They waited for me patiently when I didn't answer the door, didn't answer the phone, or respond the text. I was KNOCKED OUT & didn't hear my 5 alarms! I did however hear my cat HOWLING telling me, WOMAN GET YOUR #### UP! Bear Could have easily just left. I had been holding off on getting these things done due to said anxiety so going thru finding someone else & scheduling again would have been pure horror for me. I am so grateful they were EARLY & had some extra time to wait for me. I also had a big event (Yelpies) the same day so I was so concerned about being late but Bear was 15 mins early which to them is how they operate. They had my 8 requests we aligned on up & memorized. They have a process & the output is QUALITY and beating customer expectations. I promise you this company will beat your expectations. If you are curious what they did for me, below is my list: 1. Take down a pendant light & put back up std light / cover 2. Check Fluorescent lights where light bulbs changed but won't come on; fuse may need changed (Garage & Laundry Rm) 4. Check why power is out in 3 outlets in Kitchen / Dining room 5. Replace light plate in kitchen 6. Change light bulbs pendant that is high up in front of stairs in foyer 7. Change Porch Light front of house 8. Fix broken Master Bathroom light switch Thank you Bear Electric & Yelp Community for highly recommending this company! I will use them for life!

On the repair side, Roger was outstanding. You could immediately tell he's incredibly mechanically inclined. Even though he'd never worked on our specific brand and model of range hood, he quickly figured out how to disassemble it and install the new motor -- something that would have taken me far longer to troubleshoot on my own and hours watching YouTube Videos. He worked efficiently and made a point to clean up after the repair, which I really appreciated. Four Needs has earned a permanent spot at the top of my list for future appliance repairs.

Even though it was late on a Friday afternoon, he showed no signs of fatigue at all and was completely focused on the work. Fernando is a super nice, gentle, and honest person. He was very sincere in his work and took the time to thoroughly check and test the appliance end-to-end after installing it. All In One Septic Solutions did a great job on my 50+ yr old septic system…read more What sold me on them initially was their price. They told me $490 for up to 1500 gallons. Flat rate, no surprises. Competitors gave me prices like $400+ 0.20/gallon and as high as $750 + $150/hr for any digging. I thought I had two 500 gallon tanks, so 1500 gal was sufficient (& it turns out that I have two 750 gallon tanks!) The AIOSS guys came out the same day as I called them. AIOSS dispatcher didn't communicate the appt time to me after called for an appt, but it worked out. They reviewed my septic system, which had the oddity that the second tank didn't have a hole in the lid for pumping out. They inspected the second tank with an endoscope through the port in the first tank and informed me that it was also full (The second tank had literally never been pumped out), and they recommended pumping it, which required that they make a second hole be made in the lid of tank#2. The guys quickly and efficiently made a neat hold in the lid and pumped it empty. They did not charge me for the work to make the hole in the lid. (I had already spent a couple of hours digging to clear all the soil from the lid). I feel like I chose the right company for this job because of the age of my system and the thoroughness of the work they did. In previous years, the septic guy simply pumped the first tank and said the second one was not to be messed with. Perhaps that is how it was designed but considering this systems age, tank#2 needed maintenance and AIOSS identified that and took care of it for me. I'll definitely look them up for any septic service I need in the future!
