I'm not compelled to write reviews very often, but given what an outstanding job these guys did, I had to. I had two other elevator companies come out to look at my 20+ year old elevator that was constantly malfunctioning. Hundreds of dollars to these "experts" and the problem persisted. HET came out and diagnosed the problem, with precision, in less than an hour. I was amazed at the level of knowledge possessed by the technician. He came back a few weeks later with a replacement part and fixed the elevator. It has never worked better. The technicians couldn't be more professional and their prices cannot be beat. They also don't charge for ridiculous add-ons (mileage, gas, lunch, etc.) that some of the other companies want to charge you for no good reason. read more
