When we pulled into Kinderhook transmission they came right outside and started giving suggestions on what could be wrong. They narrowed it down to 3 possibilities when we got to the third one that was the problem and they had the part we needed right at their shop, which was a gear that went into the side of our transmission. The AAA tow truck operator asked me where I wanted it to be towed, and I immediately said "Sharp Transmission." The dropped it off and put the key in the after hours slot. Next day,I called Milt and said, take a look and give me my options. No rush, I said, since I have other cars I can drive. Milt and his crew found some time to not only diagnose the problem (two rubbng hoses put a hole in one), but to repair the problem. Same day!
