I'm reviewing Dream Builders & Remodeling separately because of how pleased we are with the outstanding work they performed. Owner John and his assistant demonstrated exceptional skills whether working with tiling, plumbing, or woodworking. Because we needed extensive electrical work to be done John arranged for a subcontractor to do that work. John made some suggestions early on in our project that not only addressed the aesthetics of a room but also improved its functioning. He and his assistant always arrived to work at the scheduled time and put in a full day's work. They made every effort to protect the areas they needed to pass through by using floor and stair coverings. They were very pleasant and courteous individuals who respected our home and did not blast radios or swear while working. We were so pleased with the quality of their work that during a period of downtime while we waited for a cabinet to replace one that had arrived damaged, we entered a direct contract with John to upgrade the trim around the windows of three bedrooms and to paint the walls and ceilings of those bedrooms.
