We found bed bugs little over a month ago and it took me less than 20 minutes to get someone on the phone and treatment scheduled. They were clear and concise with there info and talked me through what I should expect with the inspection. We had the inspection done and I asked about treatment options. They were very clear with the pros and cons of each option and finally got settled on there advanced treatment. Only had to wait the following week for the treatment and Chris the one who did it was very calm and informative. He did not mind my many MANY questions and was willing to answer all of them and even gave me piece of mind when I asked about many different things we should be doing. Treatment went very smoothly and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. They even treated my duplex neighbors side after getting permission from our landlord and following the treatment we haven't seen a new bug since the week after. Chris just performed our 30 day follow up and cleared us. From what he saw we didn't seem to be finding any new bugs or traces of them. The next 30 days of guarantee we have is bringing price of mind. All of this is to say that I would definitely suggest scherzinger for pest control needs. They are professional, prompt, and diligent. Will definitely be using them again for any of our pest control needs. read more

We have utilized Scherzinger's services since the early 1980s and have always been satisfied! The additional coverage (e.g., bedbugs) if service is needed was a lifesaver for us a few years ago. We moved to this home in 2015 - it had been well-maintained by the prior owners, though no routine preventative services were used. When we realized that we had a rodent problem I immediately called Scherzinger - I did not bother to investigate any other extermination services. The technician was on time and professional. He was astute to the fact that we had pets and that grandchildren were often around. He took care to use/place traps to ensure their safety. His instructions regarding the problem and ongoing prevention were great. Now that I've initiated this treatment, I plan to continue with the quarterly Guardian perimeter service that I had been receiving from them in my prior 2 homes. Our current home is very, very old. While we do not have any serious problems in this home (other than seasonal spiders and the incredibly annoying summer stink bugs) I want to keep it that way. read more

5 Stars - Excellent Service and Attention to Detail! Travis Ace did an excellent job servicing our rental property in Cincinnati. What impressed me most was his thoroughness and attention to detail. Rather than simply performing the scheduled pest-control treatment, Travis took the time to inspect the exterior of the property and identified two important concerns: a gap near the foundation that could allow pests to enter the home and a downspout drainage issue that could potentially lead to moisture problems over time. As a property owner managing the home remotely, I especially appreciate technicians who take the initiative to identify potential problems before they become more serious or costly. Travis provided detailed notes and photographs, making it much easier for me to understand the issues and plan the necessary repairs. This is exactly the kind of proactive, professional service that gives property owners peace of mind. Thank you Travis for going above and beyond. Excellent work, and highly recommended! read more

I have been a customer for years & have regular preventative service quarterly. I have always been satisfied. Over the last few months, I began noticing ants (found a nest /colony when doing remodeling outside) & spiders with increasing frequency. I mentioned this to my "newer" technician. After a couple of visits with my technician where I felt like my concerns were not being addressed & the problems was not improving; I called competitors to get estimates & was planning to cancel my service. I called the office one more time & the lady listened to my concerns & offered to have the back-up person come the next day. He arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. He listened to my concerns & explained exactly what he was going to do & what results I should expect. I am hopeful the back-up technician becomes my regular technician because he is what saved my business for the company. read more

I have used Scherzinger now for 2 years in our new home...and the Sentricon Program is the best. They treat our home regularly to prevent any pests . If I do see any I can make a call and they will stop back out again to set traps or treat the problem. We had BIG Spiders in our garage when we moved it and have woods in the back that may have brought them in, but they did put those sticky traps in garage , basement and that took care of those . I still keep those paper traps around works great. I know others are cheaper but seriously you do get what you pay for. Marty at Scherzinger Pest Control has been wonderful .. I recommend them to anyone . You can trust them and count on Great Service each time. And again if your not satisfied with treatment and you see more bugs call them to come back out...I would not use anyone else. a Customer for Life! Gail Back - Liberty Township read more

A pesky raccoon entered through a vent into the attic and between the walls of our rental property. He was captured but unfortunately 2 weeks after his removal fleas appeared. It has been an ordeal since my tenants do not have pets since allergic to them. The fleas were biting them and very hard to remove. We fogged 3 times and got professional help 3 times with 2 different companies. Scherzinger was definitely top notch from the sale person to the technician. Prices were affordable $160 for first treatment and $60 for followed up. The other company was more expensive. The technician was very knowledgable, professional, detail-oriented and accommodating. We had a last minute issue due and a schedule conflict - he reschedule without any problems or fee. I would definitely recommend them. read more

I contacted Scherzinger's a few years ago when yellow jackets were nesting behind the siding on our house and coming inside. Having a grandson confined to a wheelchair and not cognitive enough to be able to let me know if he was being stung, was terrifying. They came out immediately and treated and were so concerned for our well being that it was quite refreshing to find a company that cared about the clients not just the money. When we moved there was no thought about not continuing the service in our new home. The technicians we have had on both homes have been the best there is. Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and professional are all the qualities we have come to count on with Scherzinger's. Better service with them than with any other company we have had. read more

I have always used Scherzinger in the past! Bryant came out to take care of a hornet/wasp problem. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do and that he would come back three times to make sure they were gone from under my camper. My only problem was the person that scheduled the appointment did not schedule it with the technician. After 45 minutes I called to see what was the delay. Bryant was very apologetic and showed me his appointments and even contacted his supervisor. I had been left off by the scheduler! Bryant went out of his way to work me in since he was in the area! He should be commended for his outstanding customer service and representing the company. He has already been here for his second check! They are gone!! read more

After some bad customer service issues with our previous pest control service (rhymes with Workin'), we gave Scherzinger a call. Exactly the type of service we wanted: treat the outside of our house to prevent pest entry. It's worked fine. With the recent warm, muggy weather, we've had a few silverfish show up. A simple call and we had our tech out in no time at all. "Marty" is a great guy and easy to talk with about issues. Silverfish problem solved! Our experience with Scherzinger has been stellar. read more

I called ScherZinger on a Monday night and Jeff was scheduled by ScherZinger to come and treat the wasp/yellow jacket inground nest on the following Thursday afternoon. Jeff came early Tuesday morning and said this required immediate attention and dusted the hole where yellow jackets were coming in and out. He knew this could be a dangerous situation so he took it upon himself and came out immediately. Jeff is very informative, thorough and professional. ScerZinger is very lucky to have him as an employee. read more

Fantastic customer service!!!!!! I have used them for years and they do a great job! | emailed them late last night that I was getting some bites from something and a few other concerns. BY 7AM I ALREADY HAD A REPLY and my expert, Blake came to the rescue that same morning!!! He addressed every single one of my concerns. It is just unbelievable to me that in this day and age where it seems like customer service is a thing of the past - to be treated this kindly and efficiently truly surprised me. read more

Scherzinger Pest Control has been great. We recently signed up for a mouse problem and decided to sign up for the yearly service. I was nervous that this would be a waste of money but everytime we have had even the slightest problem in between treatments they come out and take care of it all for no charge. Lou has been great and friendly every time!! He came to take care of a problem with carpenter bees but took care of some ants he noticed around the foundation while he was here! read more

I would highly recommend Scherzinger pest control. We had an issue with a gigantic hornet nest and they came out the same day and removed it. They also found a wasp nest on our porch we didn't even know was there! We have used them for close to 15 years in two different homes and have always been impressed with their quarterly service. In addition, they respond promptly to any issues we have in between services. Our technician, Mark, is courteous and very knowledgeable. read more

Making an appointment was easy and the friendly staff provided lots of information too. Our technician was Rick Bryan and he was marvelous. He arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. He took time to explain about our spider infestation and how to get rid of them and prevent them from coming back. He gave tips and advise for the prevention of other pests. He was very repesctful in our home. And the spiders have gone! Thank you so much. read more

We had an ant issue in the home and they were very responsive in setting up a good time to help. They showed up on time and the representative was thorough and professional in treating the interior and exterior of the house. I would have liked to have seen them do a little more research into where the colony was located, and whether or not they were in our walls, but so far we have seen a major reduction in ants. So we'll see how it plays out. read more

Toney came to help me with an Odorous ant issue in my kitchen, and came across Acrobat ants running along a fence post and entering my siding! (he taught me these names and the difference between them :) I'm glad he took the time to thoroughly inspect my home inside and out. Those acrobat ants can cause real issues if not treated, and I wasn't calling about them! Very satisfied with my service. Thank you, Scherzinger read more

My technician is fantastic - timely, friendly and professional. My only issue has been that I have asked them not to send out the technician without calling me first to decide on a day/time so that I can be home to have them spray the inside of my house as well as the outside. they keep forgetting to do this, which means that the technician has to come out twice. Otherwise, I have been very pleased with the service. read more
