We started using clear defense pest control about a year ago, and they are the best company out there. We live in centerville with a lot of new construction around us so they are always digging around us and there is sitting water in spots. But those factors are no match for clear defense. They take care of it all. They are pleasant and always take care of everything we need. When I call, they always answer or call me back within minutes. I love being able to speak with the owner and not just a recording or a call center. I can describe a bug to them and they patiently explain what it is and how they will treat the problem. They have eliminated our spider problem and the swarms of fungus gnats that we're swarming the outside of our home. One of the technicians, Corey, has been out on many occasions and he always goes the extra mile for us. Corey and John do a great job. I had my Quarterly scheduled Clear Defense Pest Control application done today and the Technician Drew was wonderful. I was kind of stressing it because we were just in the middle of unpacking our second shipment of our household items. We had some area's clear and organized and other's not so much. Drew walked through the house with me and determined we could effectively service most of the house and a 100% of the exterior of the house. No need to reschedule and he documented what small area's were not done during this application. Those area's will be followed up on during future application. We were really impressed with the level of attention to details Drew displayed during Web and Nest removal, Anti Bug Barrier, Spot Treatment, Crack and Crevice, Entry Point Treatment and even while walking around during the Granulation process. The ClearDefense Pest Control (CDPC) Team is always exceptional and provides the best customer service. During the last treatment I had forgot to mention the issue we had been seeing with stink bugs. I called the office and they promptly sent out another technician the next day. Jacob Rhodes from the CDPC arrived and started treating the front yard and then started in the back yard. Unfortunately we had stepped away and the only person home was my mother-in-law who let the dogs out a short time late not knowing Ben was out back. The dog began barking and Ben called me to let me know the situation. I said the dog, while big, is harmless and would mostly bark. If he didn't feel comfortable he could leave and I apologized for the inconvenience. Luckily he was able to wrangle the dog inside with the help of my mother-in-law. Jacob went well above my expectations and was able to assist with getting the dogs back inside and continue on with the service!!! Outstanding job! read more

Today, on this Veteran's Day, I would like to thank Trey and Clear Defense Pest Control, for the excellent service he provided. Trey, a military veteran, came out in the wind and rain, and sprayed outside our home for the quarterly treatment plan, as well as inside, including traps in the garage, spraying the basement and the upstairs and downstairs of our home. Clear Defense is always throurough, and friendly. Billy has answered the phone and been very kind if I need to update my file or make a request to reschedule. Also my first service was provided by Zach, and he did a wonderful job as well. The service representative provdied me with excellent information, the treatment leaves our home smelling clean, and it safe to use around people, and pets. Jawann from CDPC came by and did my new home service (this review is a bit late - sorry Jawann) and he did an amazing job. He took the time to go over the areas of concern, as well as what we were seeing at the new house and also check out the property. We had used CDPC at our old house, and once we moved we had to have CDPC continue to service our new home. The entire staff - from office to technicians - is professional and attentive. Whatever issues we bring us during our service, the technicians relay that in their notes and we always get follow up calls from the office to ask us whether the issue had been resolved. I don't think I've ever had any other company consistently follow up on issues. Great company, totally worth the price of service and the level of care you receive. read more

This week I had an issue needing pest control. I called Clear Defense, with whom I have a contract, and they responded the same day, within an hour. They sent out a technician named Chance, who calmed my concerns and then proceeded to address the issue. He is very professional, taking care to keep me apprised as he worked, and he was careful as well with any household items he needed to move or replace. He said he would be glad to return and check the issue, so when I called two days later, he was dispatched from the Clear Defense office, and was at my home within the hour. Demario Johnson was here today to provide our monthly mosquito & quarterly pest control treatments. Demario is always super professional & friendly & takes great care in providing our services. We have had to call Clear Defense multiple times with emerging issues & they are quick to send someone out to address it in between our scheduled treatments. Chance was our technician today and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely friendly and courteous and could not have been more professional. He of course was wearing a mask and coverings on his shoes, and he let us know what he would be doing during his visit with us today. True story. I was an Aptive customer (they were first to come to my house when we moved in). I recently noticed a hornets nest coming in and showed it to Aptive during my quarterly service. They didn't have the equipment to remove the nest and was going to take a week to get someone out. ClearDefense had stopped by a few weeks ago and @olivia did a good job presenting the differences in their service. I gave them a call and @Chance was out here within a couple hours. We recently moved into a new home this year and almost immediately started noticing that there was a problem with bugs/spiders. Since starting services with Clear Defense a few months ago, there has been a significant improvement in keeping pests under control and out of our home. With the advent of the arrival of cooler weather, the spiders have started creeping around the house again (PS - I HATE spiders!). Dom CDPC with Clear Defense Pest Control stopped by today for our normal routine treatment but also asked if there were any areas to focus on. our basement and master bath seem to be the 8-legged creepy-crawlers' favorite haunts, so we asked him to please pay particular attention to those areas. As a loyal Clear Defense customer of 4 years, I'd like to give a BIG shout out to my latest tech, DeMario. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He replaced the traps in the garage even though they were barely full. This company rocks! Others have tried to steal me away, but I tell them why I won't leave. 2-3 years ago we had a flea infestation. John came by at least 4-5 times at NO additional cost. I have had ClearDefense treat around my home for a year now. Our house has a wooded backyard, so we get it all from ants to wolf spiders to wood roaches to more ants and stink bugs. I feel like we have the perfect testing grounds and from what I can tell a year later, it is time and money well spent. The presence of house invading insects has been dramatically eliminated. He clearly explained to us the proper precautions we should ty ake in order to protect our home, he explained that we should remove all food sources so that our infestations have nothing to feed off of. I can't recommend the professional staff at ClearDefense Pest Control highly enough. They are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in both their treatment and explanation of their applications to control and mitigate any pest problems. I had some ants following a spring application and they came right back and treated it right away.
