The driver was in resalable condition and undamaged. Another cashier had told me that I could return it anytime within 60 days if I didn't like it. Unfortunately, the store did not have the right fitter, so I was unable to find the correct golf driver for me. I don't understand why I was only refunded the trade-in price. I purchased the driver from the Des Moines, Iowa Golf Galaxy store, and the manager, Collin, handled my return. No one explained the return policy to me in detail. If the cashier or a salesperson had provided me with more information, I could have made a more informed decision. I believe that I should be refunded the full amount of $631.50. I was very disappointed with my experience and ended up going to Dick's Sporting Goods to use the gift card I received. their manners to coustomer is not kind and they act like big king here.

A 10.5 ft Viper kayak (used a couple of times) and a kayak cart (still new in box). I decided to take both into Play It Again Sports. I didn't really want to deal with selling them privately on eBay (local pick up), Craigslist, or FB Marketplace. Play It Again Sports is the only place I know of to sell stuff like this other than a normal consignment shop (Stuff Etc. or a different place like that). If you are a seller they will give you cash or in store credit. The in store credit offer will be more than the cash offer. The kayak was purchased for $240ish new a few years ago. The gentlemen I was dealing with at Play It Again Sports said they'd sell it for around $100... Offered me $50 The kayak cart was purchased for $40. Was still new in box... They said they'd give me $7 If you don't mind the back and forth messages with possible buyers. People lowballing you. Having to arrange to meet someone...who may or may not show up, etc. Selling privately might be a better option for you... As far as putting the maximum amount of cash in your pocket...selling privately is definitely going to be the better way to go Like I said... I didn't want to deal with the hassle of selling these privately so I took their offer. At least it paid for dinner that night for my son and I... So you know what to expect... As a buyer you can probably plan on getting a used item for half off new retail. Maybe less if the item has been sitting for a LONG time. As a seller Play It Again Sports is probably going to sell your used item for half of new retail, and offer you half of that in cash (25%ish of new retail). It's a great resource to have to get rid of unneeded sports items. You at least get a little money back v. donating the items to Goodwill, etc. To wrap things up... I found the staff here to be polite and great to work with. I dropped in with no call ahead and the process was simple and easy. If you have sports equipment to get rid of maybe slide in and check them out... Doesn't cost you anything but time. Don't like the offer you can always say no and choose to go in another direction. If you are a parent looking to save a buck... Definitely stop in!

The course is well maintained and the bonus for us was having a practice green with three holes - our granddaughter loved trying it out before we got to the first "official " one. At hole eight, she declared she had to go to the bathroom- uh oh - we had to walk to the clubhouse, a bit far but the restroom was clean. Luckily we were able to slip back in and finish our game. Our Granddaughter loved it!

I punishing myself by riding an old bike and admiring my good bike hanging on the wall as a trophy of my mistake. Today I did the walk of shame to the store and confessed my mistake. I expected to leave my bike for a few weeks and to pay for new parts. What I got at the service counter was a knowing smile, a hey let's see what we can do, and a glimmer of hope. 10 minutes later with the proper tools and expertise I walked out the door with the problem solved. If your riding in Des Moines this weekend look for me. I'll be the happiest guy on the trail.

I get that policy, but these are clearly damaged, we're not just trying to return them, we need defect free shoes. So we were told to call adida to have the warrant taken care of. I called Adidas and they need a receipt to return them. I had to communicate with her parents across the pond, to get a copy of the bank statement for date, time and dollar amount. All that is in Spanish format, so I had to calculate euros to dollars, and figure out the time difference. I called the store back to find out I had to call corporate. I finally got a copy of the receipt. Then have to call Adidas back to file a claim. What a cluster F***. Do better Dick's. I won't be shopping there again. Scheels it is.
