Ordered some food in to enjoy at Broheim's

Really good place to practice your golf skills during winter! Has pizza and drinks available. Otherwise you can bring your own food. The driving range simulator is awesome. It provides a lot of statistics on my swing. At the least it's a fun activity for those who are not golfers. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Bar area. Lots of tables and tv's

It's nice to have a golf option in the middle of winter in Iowa! Broheims allows you to play golf courses all over the world with their simulators. It's pretty slick technology and only takes a hole or so to get the hang of how it all works. My friend and I played the Old Course at St Andrews. It was a long course and challenging, but really fun. You pay by the hour to rent the stall. We got through about 6 holes in the hour with 2 of us. The bar area is very nicely done with a lot of stone work. They have plenty of tables if you're not golfing or waiting for your turn. Beers on tap were the usual domestics and a few craft beers. They had some signature drinks. I tried the Sand Trap, and it was sweet but quite good! They don't serve food there but it looks like you can bring in food from one of the neighboring restaurants. I noticed someone else had pizza delivered while we were there All in all we had a good experience at Broheim's and we'll be back!

Well we live in Iowa and sometime it get brutally cold and it's not golfing weather.... Well Broheim's can change that very easily! You can golf anytime, on one of their 65 legendary courses! Yes that right, you want to fly to the fairways of Scotland, or play hole 18 at Pebble Beach. They got you covered! Or if you want to bring the kids to play Mini golf, or as some people call it Putt Putt or as I recently heard GOOFY GOLF! They also have fun putting games like Skee Ball! It's a blast! 45 bucks and hour gets you a screen! They have in house clubs, and they also give lessons! Now to the bar! It's a fancy sports bar with lots of screens and they do make specialty drinks! They have MLB TICKET, NFL TICKET and all the sports you could want at your finger tips! You can also do picture and picture on the screen you are golfing on! So that's pretty rad! Fun times, locally owned, good happy hour prices and an opportunity to take a trip somewhere warm in the winter without blowing the bank!

First time playing golf and I must admit it's a lot of fun! Place is brand new and spacious! They charge by the hour so gather up friends and play a course or two! There are 65 golf courses to choose from and if you are not an avid golfer you can play putput or skeeball!!! It was so much fun playing putput and skeeball! The employees there are super friendly and very helpful...shout out to Justin for being awesome! There are plenty of tv screens to watch games on plus you can watch it while playing golf. They have screen on screen option! The chairs are comfy to lounge in while playing or watching others play. They have all kinds of beverages available to choose from. Jon Daly is yum!! Only bummer thing is they do not have a kitchen...maybe they will serve apps later on. If not no worries though! There are plenty of restaurants right next to them. You can order and bring it in. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. The decor of the place is very sleek and modern lines. I will definitely come back and hang out with friends!! It's a great place to take your little kiddos to play some golf too!

Pretty cool place if you can't golf outside. The equipment and setup is really nice. Large screens and the simulators were high tech compared to other ones I've seen. Sofas and tables behind the simulator so you can lounge while it's your turn. Drinks were decently priced too. We did have to wait over 20 mins after our tee time since the last group was still playing. Seems like if a group starts late it's going to impact almost all of the tee times. Overall it was a fun time here with my golf buddies but i would have had fun with anyone.

We are by no mean's great golfers but we are not the worst either . There were four of us and we all tried to keep the pace of our game moving . After about 5 holes the couple that was behind us called the club house and complained about our pace . We let the couple play through and never saw any one else behind us waiting because of our pace . obviously the two player couple were experience players and some of us are out there just trying to learn the game of golf when we reach the clubhouse on the ninth hole getting ready to continue on with our game the gentleman that runs the place approached us and told us that we needed to finish the back nine in two hours or we could just get a refund on our money. We thought that this was very rude and explained to him that we were just trying to have a good time and some of us were trying to learn the game of golf. We did not see him say this to any other group of people and there were multiple people by the clubhouse at this time he seemed to be singling us out. He walked away from us for a few moments and then came back and said what are you guys gonna do?!!! we told him we'll take the refund and leave. When I arrived in the clubhouse, he stated to me that he was gonna charge me for the nine holes and then give me half of my money back, which was not what he said, he said he would us a refund or we could finish the back nine in two hours. How did the entire group of us? None of the four had ever heard of anyone being treated like that on a golf course most golf courses spread their teetimes out 9 to 10 minutes. This golf course is spreading them out seven minutes shaving 2 to 3 minutes off of every hole so they're trying to shave off 36 minutes of your playtime so if you're not an experienced golfer, this is definitely not the place to go apparently they're all about just moving bodies and dollars through their ran down establishment.

On this trip, we were seated on a busy on a Saturday night. We got in our drink orders, and after a bit of a wait they arrived. My first martini was about 2/3 full, so when I ordered another I expected the same, but it was filled to the brim! Not really complaining, but made it hard to know what I'd be getting. Bar orders were slow as they were apparently training a new bartender. My wife splurged and got the Bison Filet Stir Fry -- delicious! On the higher end of the menu pricing at $36 (4/24). I got the Feta + Herb Crusted Salmon. Also, quite tasty and perfectly cooked. We did also use the Yelp Check-In for a free appetizer (choice of wings or croquettes at our visit). We got the croquettes, and they are very tasty! We took half of them home for yet another meal. Prices here are a bit on the high side for the DSM area in this type of venue. If the service was as consistently good as the food I wouldn't notice, but since it's not quite up to par at times, I do tend to remember.
