I've been to some really strict golf courses out here in CA but this is the first time I've heard of a golf course canceling your tee time with no explanation. The course is well maintained and the bonus for us was having a practice green with three holes - our granddaughter loved trying it out before we got to the first "official " one. At hole eight, she declared she had to go to the bathroom- uh oh - we had to walk to the clubhouse, a bit far but the restroom was clean. Luckily we were able to slip back in and finish our game. We thought that this was very rude and explained to him that we were just trying to have a good time and some of us were trying to learn the game of golf. We did not see him say this to any other group of people and there were multiple people by the clubhouse at this time he seemed to be singling us out. He walked away from us for a few moments and then came back and said what are you guys gonna do?!!! we told him we'll take the refund and leave. When I arrived in the clubhouse, he stated to me that he was gonna charge me for the nine holes and then give me half of my money back, which was not what he said, he said he would us a refund or we could finish the back nine in two hours. How did the entire group of us? None of the four had ever heard of anyone being treated like that on a golf course most golf courses spread their teetimes out 9 to 10 minutes. This golf course is spreading them out seven minutes shaving 2 to 3 minutes off of every hole so they're trying to shave off 36 minutes of your playtime so if you're not an experienced golfer, this is definitely not the place to go apparently they're all about just moving bodies and dollars through their ran down establishment.

We didn't try the food, but it looked like a solid selection of fried bar food. Had some drinks and those were fine. Hard to rate beers, but The bartenders were so kind and awesome! I wish I had more time to just hang with them. The place has that "I'm modern" quasi flavortown vibe. Graffiti and bright colors. Had more potential than follow through but maybe it's brand new and will iron out the kinks over time.
