Mitzi returned from her 5 week stay in excellent shape, happy to be home but healthy and not stressed at all. The staff at Wagsworth gave her any meds she needed, as requested, and fed her the food we'd provided, since she ha a sensitive stomach. we'd asked that she have daily group playtime and a weekly visit to the swimming pool, which she loves. Our pup came home and immediately fell back into her old routines, as though she'd never been away. Wagsworth really helped all of us. In the past, some dogs have returned from other boarding experiences, at other places, absolutely traumatized but thus was clearly not Mitzi's experience. Thanks, Wagsworth!

The owner, Jen, reviewed my desired Teddy bear cut including length and shape. Not only was the cut uneven, too short and butchered... my dog's EYELASHES WERE SHAVED OFF! When the owner Jen was questioned about the groom she was extremely argumentative and unapologetic! When asked why her eyebrows were shaved she responded 'well you didn't tell us not to cut them'- blaming me for the results! The Owner took zero responsibility, showed no compassion and offered zero refund! Her only response - 'I don't know what to tell you, we can't put the hair back on'. Tell your friends, tell your neighbors. This owner/ groomer DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR DOG!

In August, my Dalmatian contracted kennel cough. OK, it happens.. I just boarded her over the weekend for the first time since then. Guess what? Bronchial infection & infected and blistered paw pads. She was rushed to the vet within 24 hours of us picking her up from GVPH. She required 400 ml of fluid, antibiotics and antibacterial wipes for her feet. Will post pics. A 200 dollar boarding stay turned into a 400 after the Vet!!! Most importantly- my dog, usually energetic and happy - won't walk and is in pain and miserably ill !!!!!! Please be weary about using them for your dogs. My experience was going well, now? horrible. Like I said, I can see once... but twice? And to this extent? What a shame.
