This low rating does not reflect the wonderful customer service and awesome grooming service experiences I've had at this establishment. The low rating is for the blatant disregard of public health and safety. Just weeks ago, the entire company was shut down due to a COVID outbreak among the staff. Before that happened, I noticed that very few (if any) employees were wearing masks. This concerned me because I'm sure they interact with dozens of customers a day. Also, it's been proven that domestic pets can be asymptomatic carriers of COVID. Today, when I arrived, there were at least 3 employees I spoke with who weren't wearing masks. One employee was coughing. I have lost several loved ones to this terrible virus. We're still in the midst of a global pandemic. Mask wearing should be enforced, especially by businesses who have already been negatively impacted by this disease that can still be fatal, despite the fact that many are vaccinated. I took a photo of a sign that was displayed but was clearly not being enforced. I will not be returning.

Margot's haircut

I took my mini bernedoodle, Margot to Lucie's Barkingham Palace and she saw Miguel. He did a great job, she has a perfect haircut and he listened to what I wanted. I can tell he was very good with her because she was happy when I picked her up and he said she was very good for him. I would definitely recommend Miguel.

They always do a great haircut and groom for my dog. They are always so friendly and nice as well!! My dog is a bit easier, but my moms dog has anxiety and does not like to be groomed at all, but they are so patient and nice with her!! I've never had a bad experience here :)

Very reasonably priced daycare in the Malvern area and dogs had a fabulous time playing. I wish I knew about this place when we first moved here having taken them to other places that were far more expensive. They get the same great care right here! Highly recommend.

Your dog will do this the whole way home!

His fear was occasionally exhibited as aggression and in puppy Kindergarten with our trainer Linda and her assistant Michele we made the decision that he needs to be in daycare ASAP while still in puppyhood to help him with his anxiety. At the time WAGD wasn't accepting any new dogs for daycare but Linda and Michele went to bat for Finn and I couldn't be more grateful. Finn has now been going to day care 3-4 times a week for about two months and last week one of the employees there texted me a video of Finn playing with another dog (I was worried he'd only ever be allowed to do individual play there). I could see the employees keeping an eye on things making sure both dogs were behaved but it made my heart so happy to see Finn interacting so positively with another dog! They have a life long customer of Finn and I! Thank you WAGD Staff! I know Finn (Ears) is in great hands when I drop him off each morning and I appreciate the work you do with him.

They never mentioned it or apologize when I picked her up. When I called the owner to address it she was very rude about it and took no responsibility. Then she said she couldn't hear me and hung up. If she really cared about her customers she would have offered some sort of resolution or given a sincere apology, it was more of a "too bad" attitude. I was very upset over the results and now I'm even more angry over the customer service. I would NEVER recommend going here. Barkingham Palace is where we usually take her and they do a WAY better job and have a much better customer service.

We are overprotective of our dog and have canceled grooming appointments in the past for very minor health or physical issues. When we picked her up today she was coughing and having breathing problems. So much so, that we rushed her to her regular vet to be examined. Then we also discovered something is wrong with her leg after the grooming. She is now staying at her regular vet for observation all afternoon to make sure she is ok. We called Whitelands Animal Hospital to find out what happened during her visit to cause these issues that did not exist before her visit to them. We spoke to Dr Frost who was immediately very rude and defensive. Instead of addressing the issues, she berated us saying we took forever to pick her up. As they know, we live 15 mins away and immediately left the house to pick her up. There was no delay in picking her up. Perhaps they should call 20 minutes before a dog is finished to make sure there is no wait in pickup or ask owners to stay very close by if they don't want the dogs waiting around. We never had an issue with picking her up in that timeframe previously. Dr Frost also refused to accept that anything may have happened during the grooming to cause the injury to my dog's leg. She said my dog barking caused her breathing issues. Our vet does not agree. It is very concerning that a doctor would be so defensive and completely refuse to investigate what happened any further. This is negligence. We will not be giving Whitelands Animal Hospital any future business and if you care about your animals and their wellbeing I would not feel safe leaving them in their care.
