    I was very disappointed today by this store we shop at and have used grooming services several…read moretimes for our dog. Here's the story, we saw advertised on TV a special shopping deal over Black Friday where if you spend $100 you would get 10,000 bonus points. We go in fill the cart, go to checkout where we ask the associate (a young man) who told us we have to download the app . I scanned the bar code but the app kept erroring out. I showed him and asked if there's something else we can do. He said he had never seen that error before and "I don't know what to tell you." Well I do know what to tell PetSmart, they lost my business. I put everything back and we went to Petco which we will be doing from now on and I'll be encouraging family, friends and whoever I can to do the same. Fantastic customer service folks. Your employee could not have given less of a crap. Well done.

    Over the course of 2 years No one is ever available to check you out.Many times I've had to call…read moredown the aisles and ask for someone to ring me out. It generally takes another couple of minutes before someone comes. And generally speaking when you get someone to ring you out if you want to do something other then purchase an item they don't know what to do. For instance today, I wanted to purchase a gift card as a Christmas present and the guy couldn't figure out what to do. So i left there without making a purchase. They lost a $200 sale!!!! This is not a COVID related staffing issue because today there were several people in the aisles stocking. How dumb is that during the approaching Christmas season to not have capable people manning a cashier station especially when there are at least 3 staff in the aisles. Two weeks ago when I was in there I asked to have a person who had moved out of the country taken off my account. 3 people told me to call the 800 customer service line. UH NO! I am here and your computers are tied into the company database so you please do it. The reason I came here is so that I didn't have to spend 20 minutes online with someone to get it done.Not one of them would attempt to do this for me so my only choice now is to open a 2nd account with my secondary phone #. OR better ---take my business away from this chain and give it to a nearby Mom and Pop who will appreciate my $200. Yes, Thats's what i am going to do right now.
