Carol has us bring him in, in the early morning to avoid our cat having to deal with the noise of the dogs, which I think is very considerate, since this is an already stressful situation for most animals. Carol always does such a great job, shows a lot of patience and does what we weren't able to do...get our kitty to stay still during the process. Carol also runs the Furminator through our cat to smooth out his back and tail. He always looks so handsome when she's done and I have no doubt he is so much more comfortable during the summer months.

Unfortunately I found this place very pet friendly, when it comes to pets who are playful with other dogs but for rescue dogs this place is quite alarming. Basically Brownie doesn't do well with other dogs immediately but he is pretty good with humans and is a pretty alert guard dog. But whenever he goes to Fuzzy Butts, first of all they insist on keeping him locked up in a kennel, and second he always comes back with bruises, dry skin and overall having a very dull spirit than usual as if he was tortured in the habitat. As these guys don't have a camera, now I am not sure whether that's true as even this time Brownie is having a bloody bruise on his cheeks, and nose and even some on his elbows. I am not sure if these animal daycare facilities get any kind of audit or they just run their business on the basis of whatever they feel ethical against animal rights. I am very disappointed by the type of service they have provided to us as a customer as compared to the price they charged us on a daily basis.

My dog was put with a new groomer and she came home with razor burn on her bum and under her ears. She was cut way to close to the skin and has been irritated ever since. Had to take her to the vet to make sure nothing was getting infected and $70 later left with an antibiotic in hopes my dog will want to go on walks again. So, updating my review with disappointment. $220 later (service + tip + vet visit) *** Someone please open a dog grooming salon that pays their groomers fairly so they stay and create strong business!!
