I let them know that their website is still missing products and even though they said they would tell the owner about it; nothing has changed. It was pretty hard to get consistent service as someone would come to me and then leave me in the middle of servicing me. It was very odd behavior. Then there was an employee who was just kind of standing there doing absolutely nothing while the other two ladies did all the work. I got a bunch of perfume and a bottle of car diffuser. I must say that the diffuser didn't work at all.... I had it in my car for so long and no smell came out of it so it was a completely defective product that was a complete waste of money. At least the perfume rollers work. You get 10ml for $18 and the scents aren't very strong if that's what you're looking for but they are indeed nice. I'd definitely suggest better customer service (both in-person and online) and to only sell products that actually work.
